a close relative of mine had psychosis, it was heart breaking. I worked with a charity on a writing project inspired by this.

Another early call for today please. I did pick up a tuna sandwich from the petrol station for my lunch but it was reduced to 11p & cheaper than it would be to to actually make a sandwich so I'll count it as groceries. X
