A silly spendy day, but not a a bad day, very productive. I have published a short story (awaiting for review) and I have been to MDs and had taken her groceries and had lunch there! (I got silly snacks on the way back!).Mission Number One: Get a job!
Mission Number Two: Get a lodger!
Mission Number Three: Clear debt, starting balance: £1997.17, balance now: £1939.22
Mission Number Four: Keep Job!
Once accomplished all four missions come back and start new missions!3 -
I seem to be having quite a spendy month so far … NSD on Friday but not today as it was my turn to buy lunch for my friend and myself.KKAs at 15.08.25:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
- OPs to mortgage = £12,148 Interest saved £5,738 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
