You must be able to click on your attachment and see? Send it again and post a copy too.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I have opened the attachment they have returned to me and I can see I have answered every question in the questionnaire. I will resend for the third time to them and send a postal copy also. My MCOL is still not showing the N180 has been submitted. How likely am I to get a CCJ against me at this point because the panic is starting to set in now. Thanks for all your assistance on this matter so far!

Maybe it's not saved as a PDF?

    Too big?

I have today had mediation. We did not come to any agreement. Looks like it is going to court. What is the likelihood of it going to court? I am panicking I am now going to get a CCJ against me .

    Low chance of a hearing.

    Zero chance of a CCJ.

You don't just get a CCJ by losing at a hearing because you'd pay (LESS THAN THE CLAIM) and no CCJ remains.

    You are at no risk.

Which Claimant? I don't mean Moorside.

    What circumstances of PCN?

    Thanks for the reassurance Coupon-mad!

    The claimant is UKPS

I received the PCN as they are claiming I used a customer only car park when I was not a customer. I was a customer! They are stating you need to stay on the site the duration of your stay. I only left the premises to offer first aid to a nasty car accident that happened outside of the venue! Now I have been hit with the ticket :(

I think you should put all that into your WS once you get a hearing date.

If you want to be part of the push to change things in future, it's very important that people like you join us to reply to the new Public Consultation, to tell the Government that:

    a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 *almost* promised. As long as it is independent (and only ONE appeals service, not two involved in a race to the bottom) that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.

b).  THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY A THUG THIRD PARTY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN' - WHST ON EARTH IS THE POINT OF ADDING MORE MONEY AND WHY IS IT LEGAL?

c). Tell them about your experience and that your case proceeded to a claim precisely because (a) and (b) above mean there is no option, no safeguard for consumers EXCEPT court.

Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

Do it in August pleeease! If you want pointers, we will discuss it all in more detail in the coming weeks on that thread so do come back in a fortnight.

I will most certainly do this Coupon!

I have checked my MCOL today and it has been passed onto my local court so I assume I now just await the paperwork from them…..
