I have received my N180 form from the Civil National Business Centre today via post. I know to send my completed version via pdf via email to DQ.cnbc@justice.gov.uk but do I also need to CC Moorside legal into this email?0

Hi All, I submitted the Direct Questionnaire via email on 11th May to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk and Moorside Legal. I received auto responses from both. Today I have received the attached letter in the post stating I ‘failed to file the Direct Questionnaire with the CNBC by the date specified in the Notice’. Please could you advise what I should do in this case?

Forward it again just to the CNBC and put 'URGENT UNPROCESSED N180' and the Claim number in the subject line.
Keep checking MCOL for it to update after that as the CNBC are awful and some people even get a temporary error CCJ if they don't keep chasing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, I called the phone number for the Civil National Business Centre and they advised that if the attachments are over 10mb in size they cannot open them and that may be the reason for the ‘non return’ on my side. I have tried every which way to get the scanned copy to be less than 10mb with no such luck so the woman on the phone advised I send a postal copy of the N180 questionnaire. What do you advise?0

The pdf file should not be over 10mb!
You shouldn't be scanning this .
Fill it in online then save and email.2 -
