Have read through this thread and I'm going through similar - PCN from UKPS in October 2019, being hounded by Moorside Legal. Mediation failed, and a hearing is set for Jan. Can I ask what the hearing entailed? I am hoping the court fee is unpaid (deadline 9th Dec) but in the event it's not, I'll have to go to courtKindHearted20 said:
