I’m yet to receive anything from the courts yet regarding my case apart from the letter attached. On 14th of next month, it will have been 6 years from the date of ‘issue’. Would I be covered under the statute of limitations?

No, not if they issued the court claim BEFORE the 6 year deadline
Incident date was 14 September 2019
Claim issue date was 21 February 2025 , so well within 6 years2 -
Hello All, I am putting together my witness statement which is due by 4pm Friday using the WS compiled by aza123 as a guide. Should I expect a witness statement from Moorside to come to me via email? So far I have not seen/received a witness statement from Moorside.0
-
You should expect it, UNLESS they discontinue with an N279 discontinuation document instead1

Apologies to maybe be asking the obvious here, when I submit my WS - am I emailing it to the following Moorside email address? help@moorsidelegal.co.uk0
