I’ve been reading up on the post you referred me to thank you.Ignore everything except a claim form (will that form be obvious when/if they send it?) and tell parking people if I move house- got it thank you.0

... you haven't yet seen a single claim form image on threads? Every other thread (every day) has a picture of a Claim form. The posts next to yours on page one include at least ten claim form images.breakerjacuzzi said:I’ve been reading up on the post you referred me to thank you.Ignore everything except a claim form (will that form be obvious when/if they send it?).
Please read a few.

Nope sorry I’m disabled so I actually have to have someone else read and type on my behalf using this forum. I haven’t yet got the bandwidth mentally to be reading other people’s threads too- but my carer said they’ll have a browse for me.Coupon-mad said:

But I’ll assume it’s a yes then…1 -
Sorry to make an assumption about you (not intentional - please take it as a compliment re how you've come across to us here). We want to help everyone.
It is a yes!
And your carer will see some and can show you what a claim form looks like, so you are ready. Post a redacted image here when it arrives.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just thought I’d update you all. I’m now at the “we are sending your account to our solicitors who are experts in litigation” stage

Yay! A letter of claim received today 🥲0

Hi.
solicitors have acknowledged my email (I sent whatever was on the newbie thread ‘go back to your client I’ll see you in court’)
I’ve had an email:We write to acknowledge safe receipt of your formal response to our Letter of Claim sent to you in respect of this matter.
Having considered your response, our position in respect of this matter remains as per our Letter of Claim. We note that despite your points of dispute, there is an absence of any evidence in support of the same so that we may consider this with our Client. If you do have evidence which you believe supports your dispute, please furnish us with the same within the 30 days afforded to you.
As it stands, the initial 30 day timeframe under the Pre-Action Protocol remains, and County Court proceedings will be issued following expiry of this 30 day period, without any further reference to you.
My question is; should I/should I bother sending the evidence which was rejected by both the parking company AND POPLA or just….. see them in court?

At the moment all is proceeding as usual to put you under pressure to pay. Just wait for the actual claim form.
Who are the solicitors acting on behalf of UKPC? Some will often pull out at the last minute before spending more money to have a hearing they may well lose.1 -
