Ok, So use the standard template defence and adapt it, after reading through a dozen recent cases on here1

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all in fine fettle. I submitted my acknowledgement last month and now I am coming up to completing parts 2 and 3. I have poured over all the comments but can't find anything specific for a claim involving DCB Legal. Plenty of info in general but can't see the wood for the trees. Could anyone point me in the absolute correct location please? Thanks as always.0

What did you see when you read the Template Defence thread?1
-
Hi Le_Kirk. Ut mentions what to do unless DCB and a few others. Then mentions the CEL V Chan but that doesn't seem relevant, so not sure what to add.0
-
OK. Agreed you cannot use Chan & Akande as the breach is pleaded. You just have to refute what the breach is "parked without a valid pay and display ticket etc........" There are some suggestions what you could use but essentially you have to say why, if it is true. Searching for i park services shows a few posters who have just used the standard defence template with a refute and DCB Legal discontinued. Check the discontinuations thread by @Umkomaas3

Hello again everyone. I trust you all had a happy new year. I sent off my defence in time (thanks all). Today I received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track. As ever, could anyone recommend what my next steps should be? Thanks as ever, in advance.0

Cheers Gr1pr. Reference comments regarding emailing a response; is that an emailed scan of the hard copy received in the post as I have not had any emails from these people, only posted paperwork. Cheers as always.0

No its not scans or pictures of paperwork, DEFINITELY NOT. ! ( not even mentioned in the 8 steps, for good reason. )
