Redact the personal and private information and post a picture

As mentioned above,  14 days indicates a powerless debt collectors letter, in which case ignore it

But do show us a redacted picture,  a picture paints a thousand words,  facts please

    But

If its a CLAIM FORM,  redact your name and address and VRM details on the left hand side,  and redact the claim reference number and password on the right hand side , before taking a picture

Whatever it is,  it's definitely NOT a summons

Incorrectly redacted, so cover the name and address,  VRM details,  QR codes, claim form reference number and also the  PASSWORD  too

No, because they are in the public domain,  not private

But no personal or private information is allowed,  hence why you must redact private or sensitive information

So its a Money Claim from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  dated 23rd October 2025, for I Park via DCB Legal,  typical Claim form, who signed it on the back   ?  D,C or S.E  ?

Login to your government gateway account and navigate to MCOL and complete the AOS online on MCOL by following the advice in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  plus the defence template thread in announcements too,  first 2 posts only in the defence template thread

Then read other recent cases and adapt the template defence paragraphs 2 & 3
