Ok so you know it was sold by NHS Properties in conjunction with another building so do an FOIA request to NHS Properties to ask who they sold it to.  Sales of public land need to be in the open and the name of purchaser should be available under FOIA.  They may exempt more details of the contract but there is no reason for them not to release the name of the purchaser.

IPark may not choose to pursue via the courts and even if they did and I were to lose, costs would 'only' be one to two hundred pound.
No the whole award (if you lost at a hearing) would be c£212 including the fake 'PCN'.

So just ignore it all now. sit tight. Open all letters but DON'T show us the tedious red ink £170 threatograms (tell iPark if you move house, obviously) and come back if ever they try a small claim.

That's all, unless you can find the landowners.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks everyone. I have asked NHS Property Services for ownership details. Fingers crossed. I will update accordingly.

Hi.  Do you have any further updates or info that you can give me,,,,,I have just received a penalty from these guys at the doctors.  To me they cant justify it, but dismissed my email with in about 5 mins of me sending my appeal in. So it would be useful to know if you got anywhere with your situation and how?  Thanks

Ignore iPark and the £170 threatograms. Tell them if you move house, obviously.

Come back if you get a small claim and start your own thread when you want advice ... but not about ignoring £170 debt demands please! Same advice as you can see I gave that poster.
