Ok so you know it was sold by NHS Properties in conjunction with another building so do an FOIA request to NHS Properties to ask who they sold it to. Sales of public land need to be in the open and the name of purchaser should be available under FOIA. They may exempt more details of the contract but there is no reason for them not to release the name of the purchaser.2025 Decluttering Campaign 691/2025 🏅🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟🌟

IPark may not choose to pursue via the courts and even if they did and I were to lose, costs would 'only' be one to two hundred pound. No the whole award (if you lost at a hearing) would be c£212 including the fake 'PCN'.
So just ignore it all now. sit tight. Open all letters but DON'T show us the tedious red ink £170 threatograms (tell iPark if you move house, obviously) and come back if ever they try a small claim.
That's all, unless you can find the landowners.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Come back if you get a small claim and start your own thread when you want advice ... but not about ignoring £170 debt demands please! Same advice as you can see I gave that poster.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
