@Gr1pr I didn’t mean I will withhold it it’s just I didn’t send it in the email with my defence because it said in the body of email just to put the claim number and urgent? I didn’t realise I needed to put my telephone number? So should I resend the defence to them with these details?0
-
Just meant I followed this so didn’t know if I should have included the address and telephone number in body also, if I should have done I can resend it but don’t want to do it unnecessarily if it’s not needed?

That's because it doesn't matter. Don't overthink it. No phone number is needed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Gr1pr said:Personally, I fail to see why you would withhold that information from a government department, its their job under data protection to ensure that the documents come from you the claimant and not from me or anyone else
Name, address, telephone number and an email address seems reasonable to me, especially as they already know the first two2 -
@Le_Kirk do you think I should re send with those details attached to the email body? Will they reject the defence / email if I do not? Wish I had read that PD beforehand.1

Hi guys, just an update on my case. After submitting my defence last Wednesday & getting the initial acknowledgement with the auto reply, I still haven’t had anything back. It says 10 days in the email, do they generally use this full amount of time? I also can’t see any change of status on the MCOL website and I have not had a questionnaire from the other side yet. Just wondering if this is all normal? Many thanks.0
