    Have you signed the petition linked in the post below. Please do if you want to tell Govt to improve Private Parking practice. Ask family, friends and work colleagues to sign too. Once your signature is confirmed use the shown link to 'Contact your MP to let them know you have signed this petition'. Our MPs are the ones to make this happen. 🙏
    Good luck with your case.

    Going to try and do the amendments to point 1-3 this weekend on the template defence so that part is done with and I’ll get it uploaded awaiting the questionnaire stage.
    You aren't uploading anything!  You add your amendments to the template defence and send it by e-mail to CNBC as advised in template defence thread - unless of course that's what you meant!

    Yes sorry @Le_Kirk incorrect terminology there from myself, I will email it tomorrow morning thank-you for that correction. I am going to triple check the email on here before I send it ha. I think I did read they send you a receipt though unlike the AOS which is good. I have finished my draft defence so going to upload that now on here would really appreciate any thoughts. I have also written a draft letter to DCB ‘legal’ as a form of ADR from my side.

    Don't upload the whole defence here,  just copy and paste your few changed paragraphs , typically paragraph 2 to 3 or 3.1 etc, nothing else

    If you did the AOS online,  it's submitted and logged online direct into MCOL and will be shown in your claim history,  like a bank statement regarding a transfer.   But had you emailed it you would have received an email auto response as receiving it , then it's logged later

    You will receive an email auto response from the CNBC in Northampton to your emailed defence pdf document,   which you attach to the email before sending,  the CNBC should log it within a few days after receiving it

    Re :  PRACTICE DIRECTION 5B – COMMUNICATION AND FILING OF DOCUMENTS BY E-MAIL

    Guys, what is everyones thoughts on this? I just put 'urgent' and the claim no in the title, also my email doesn't include phone number as per:

    3.1 An e-mail sent to the court must—

    (a) include the name and telephone number of the sender and an address for contact, which can be an e-mail address;

    My email is obviously the one I have sent from. I have not included a phone number. Should I do this?

    Thoughts on this please?

    Personally,  I fail to see why you would withhold that information from a government department,  its their job under data protection to ensure that the documents come from you the claimant and not from me or anyone else

    Name,  address,  telephone number and an email address seems reasonable to me, especially as they already know the first two
