Mines been fine but ive noticed more and more that people who ring me its going straight through to voicemail. They tell me they cant get hold of me. My phone never rings even if i have bars showing on the phone. It will ping to say i have voicemail though. On one of the extremely rare occasions I got through to the Helpline on 669, the agent told me that RWG were going to pull the Free £15 SIM in November 2027. As part of the answer to my problem, the agent suggested I check the APN setup. This is rubbish, as the APN only controls mobile data, not voice calls. In answer to your second paragraph, this is happening to me all the time. In addition to my original post, I'm now not getting OTP's from the bank. RWG seem to be degrading the service by the day.
I know it's a bit different if the company went belly up but having topped up my £15 on a promise of free data every month I'd want my money back if they then decided to change their mind....0 -
Calling 669 it just hangs up.
But if you call now mobile directly,on the 020 number it connects.
But it dosent say welcome to now mobile,it just says welcome, then goes to options0 -

The 'Free £15 ukrwg1' SIM has never supported VoLTE or Calls over Wi-Fi.0 -

I would also like to know where the info came from about the £15 SIMS being cancelled in November 2027. I have one of these also to which I have added some credit, intending to eventually use it as my main SIM when my current EE contract ends.1
