Just checked my bank account, the funds from the sale of my RM shares has just gone in, 3 working days from the date I received the dividend payments .0

I have received my 8p a share on 14th May and the shares are logged (but not managed by) Equiniti.
What I cant work out is how do I sell these shares. I have been all round Equiniti using two phone numbers and also tried to sell online but I just go round in circles on the phone - usually ending up at "Shareview" or a blank page online.
Does anyone have a telephone number they have used to successfully contact a person (rather than a bot) at Equiniti please? Or if not Equiniti at IDS?0 -

I have still not received the money for my shares, but I did get the special dividend back in May. I've contacted Equiniti who say that my shareholding is zero. I accepted the share offer back in June last year so don't understand why I've not received the money. Equiniti couldn't help me but said I should contact EP Bidco which was the entity that actually purchased the shares, but I can't find any contact details for them. Can anyone help me as to what I should do, I'm owed about £1300? Thanks.
