Payment for Royal Mail (IDS) Shares

Hi,
Has anyone received payment for shares sold following submission of acceptance of offer before the takeover was finalised? if so when & what paperwork did you receive.

Not yet. I don’t think it has closed yet. Last I saw it was anticipated to close Q1 so hopefully soon!

I'm a novice investor and have just found the thread on the IDS offer that I didn't see any paperwork on but was aware of. I didn't vote or accept any offer what happens now? can I still sell, although would have to pay charges or has this gone through and will automatically get bought out. Sorry to ask but there are some knowledgeable people on here.

You can still sell in the market, it hasn't gone through or been delisted yet. 

If you do nothing and, IIRC, >75 <90% of shares are voted in favour then you could end up owning shares in an unlisted company. If >90% then you'll be compulsorily bought out.

it ultimately depends on when the deal goes unconditional.

If anyone didnt receive the letter with the login details or have misplaced it  you can ring this number 03301230058 and all the login codes will be given over the phone after security checks.

Has anyone heard anymore re the sale of IDS shares i agreed to sell but have heard very little more. I logged on shareview today and I no longer have shares listed but I've not received any monies or communication? I looked online and I believe something happens with the takeover on 14th may. But I'm very confused.com 😂 can anyone enlighten me ?
