The IDS offer is unconditional now. Special dividend I'm expecting to be paid tomorrow, 14th of 8p per share.
The takeover needs to be finalised and run through the courts and I understand the last trading day to be 30th May. Between now and then I guess the shares will trade at very nearly £3.60 until removed from the listing. Soon after 2nd June one might expect money from shares. Holders can sell the market, those shares tendered will I guess stay that way until 2nd June.

It's in the 30/04 announcement that declared that the offer is now unconditional: tendered shares should be settled (paid) within 14 days of the announcement. So if you've tendered your shares prior to this announcement it should be any moment but it always depends on brokers sorting themselves out.

My broker has already warned me that the payment could be delayed beyond the 14th despite what the offer says. More about the logistics of getting the payment through

Hi Bunty2010. I received into my designated account the cash asset held on account and the 8p per share dividend today but not the full share price (£3.60 per share). Yet.

I've received £3.60 per share but no dividend payment. Will call them tomorrow but perhaps payments are staggered and we will get what's outstanding soon.

I received my 8p per share dividend on the 14th, I would expect the full payment to be made in June.

I received both the 360p per share money and the special dividend of 8p per share yesterday 14/5. This is x-o and and money is on it`s way to my nominated account which takes up to 3 working days. I had agreed to accept the offer.

I called Iweb, and they said it is being processed manually and should be received soon.

Okay, so bizarrely, I got my dividend payment yesterday directly into my bank account, but today I got a cheque in the mail for the full amount of my shares. I would have thought that also would have been payed directly into my account.
