Royal Mail Share Offer - I missed the deadline! PLEASE HELP

RM changed there holding name some time ago to IDS , the money is not lost . As others have said the takeover is now beyond the threshold any other reaming share will be brought at the offer price .  General advice if you  hold any shares in any listed company .Subscribe to there RNS service . So you will then be well aware of any important information . Both the name change and offer for takeover would have been issued in the Regulatory News Service they provide to the stock market .

I have told them to contact equiniti and they have been told will receive payment after 11th June. 

They are still able to take action until the 11th June 2025.

I sent an email to Hargreaves Lansdown, as I was not happy with the response from the person I spoke to on the phone this morning.

They have written back confirming that LDS is being compulsory purchased on the same terms and payment will be due on the 13th June!

That isn't what the RNS says. It says people who have accepted the late tender (11/06 close) will be paid within 14 days of acceptance and people who leave their shares to be compulsorily purchased will likely need to wait another six weeks plus, which would be c. end July/early August.

"Settlement of consideration to which any accepting IDS Shareholder is entitled under the Offer shall be effected within 14 days of receipt of the valid acceptance, whereas IDS Shareholders who have not accepted the Offer by the relevant deadline set out below will not receive their consideration until the completion of the compulsory acquisition process which is expected to take a minimum of six weeks."

Going by the timetable in the link provided a couple of posts up, I would imagine the compulsory purchase of all remaining RM/IDS shares has been completed by now?

How do you own the shares? Call your broker or, if you don't have one, the registrar.

In another recent thread someone reported that Trading212 still hasn’t/hadn’t distributed the compulsory purchase proceeds.

No, via the registrar and then your broker if you hold your shares with one but as long as all your details are correct it ought to turn up eventually. Have you been receiving dividends?
