Not much to it I'm afraid, but it's the thought that counts!

Thank you @Baggies024 for the copy of your NoD. I can now get this counted in the DCBL Legal thread of shame. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi, first time posting and hoping someone can give me any advice
I received a fine from I Park, £60
It's parking outside a row of shops, signage display was clear, but you have to visit one of the business's and input your car reg, the shop I intended to visit was shut ( it was BH) I was parked there for 8 mins whilst I visited another establishment to find out how and where I could input my reg, to no avail.
I then appealed through the link advised from I park, IAS
I was shocked when I received email from IAS to say the appeal was rejected,
The fine now is £100 does anyone know if they are likely to chase me even more? Should I risk them taking me to court? Would the courts be more in my favour? Does anyone know approx costs if I lost in small claims?
