    Just received and completed N180.
Now email to DQ,CNBC@justice.co.uk and a copy to DBS Legal, is that correct?

    Thanks

In your OP, you wrote DBC Legal, above you wrote DBS Legal; if I were you, I would send it to the correct solicitor as info@dcblegal.co.uk

Good morning all, I received a text yesterday stating that my mediation call is tomorrow and to "Please refer to your email / letter with details you must read before the appointment"
But I have received neither letter or email and there's no contact option or support line included in the text.
Should I just go ahead or try and contact them in advance?
    Thanks.

    Check your junk folder.
Mediation info and contact details can be seen in this thread.

Why would you not take the 5 minute call described in the Template Defence thread?! You might even decide to offer a tenner IN THE END, which often works.

Always keep a weekly check on your spam folder,  not just your inbox

Take the call, follow the advice given in the newbies sticky thread,  offer a tenner if you wish, or don't offer anything

Sorry, I think I caused some confusion here, I wasn't dodging the mediation, I was just concerned that I hadn't received and read the email / letter beforehand, so I'd be ill prepared. It came through this morning though so all good.
I'll go with the advice and offer a tenner.
