Hi,
First time posting.
I have been battling a private parking ticket for a year, by following the Newbies thread and have had my LBC. I sent off my AOS so, if my understanding is right, I now need to construct my defence?

DBC Legal are pulling the strings.

The reason for breach is not displaying a valid ticket, but they have never made clear exactly what the breach is. The ticket was displayed and is still in my possession. Reading between the lines, the issue is that only the last 3 digits of the reg are printed on the ticket. I have no idea why as I wasn't the driver or present. Could be a computer glich on their part?

Do I just build this into paragraphs 3 and 4 of the template and leave everything else as is?

Any tips on wording?

Anyone had a similar thing? If so, what's my chances?

Sounds like you have had an N1SDT  claim form pack from the CNBC in Northampton as well as an LBC,  now you say that you have done the AOS , but not provided the 2 dates

Address the woeful POC,  no guesses at this stage,  stick to the recent numbered paragraph 3 etc , especially if the POC issue date is incorrect,  like all the others

You are constructing paragraphs 2 with an ending,  2 based on woeful incorrect POC details and 3.1 if an extra paragraph is required

Wording is as in many other recent cases, so study a dozen

Your chances are that you will probably end up in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas later this year

As well as providing the dates as requested by @Gr1pr above, search the forum using 3.  Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. as your search words, search in Category "Parking tickets, fines & parking", click on Threads and change "Best Match" to "Newest".

Once you provide the dates, one of our regulars, @KeithP will provide some deadlines and other useful information.

    Thanks,
The claim pack was dated 28/01/25 and I emailed the AOS (I have confirmation email) on day 6, 4th Feb as per the advice.

Study the shahib_02 thread to check what the 3 paragraphs you are changing look like,  especially checking the POC issue date,  likely to be an incorrect statement by dcb legal

    So Ipark via dcb legal

POC can be found on the lower left hand side of the claim form,  Particulars of Claim

    Yes that's correct.
So the POC states that the PCN was issued on 24th Feb, which was the date of the incident and that is incorrect, as per the Shahib_02 template?
Does that mean I can submit the Shahib_02 defence and just change the dates? Or do I add specifics of my case such as the fact that a ticket was purchased and paid in full etc.
