I know there have been discussions before and people have had delays when withdrawing their cash ISA's.
Yesterday afternoon I requested a withdrawal from one of my ISA's to my nominated bank account.
It stated the money would take 3 business days to reach my account.
Surprise surprise on checking my bank account this morning the money was in my bank.

My withdrawals from my T212 Invest Cash balance take a matter of minutes even at weekends.
I also get the "up to 3 working days" warning but it has never taken more than a few minutes.1 -
