Yeah a NSD today💪

Am considering batch cooking, but it will take a lot of preparation as I don't have many plastic boxes and do have a freezer full of frozen veg etc. Sadly if I had too-good-to-go it would probably mean more food waste.

My Sunday is good because I feel a wave of positivity about a potential new job, also I feel a bit happier. It is rather gloomy here also but I won't let it weigh me down. I am glad yours isn't too bad. Enjoy the eveningXX
