    Email sent so fingers crossed!

Le_Kirk Thanks a lot.  I was searching on google for ages, but I'm starting to learn I should just use the search bar on here!

    Coupon-mad Duly noted. Thanks again
Fingers crossed? It doesn't stop anything.

The only thing that stops a claim is an escalated landowner complaint.

Please don't show us DCB Legal reply, just search the forum for an unusual phrase or a few specific words from it.  We will help you again when your claim arrives.

    Hi all,

My claim has arrived and after searching the forum and was trying to put my AOS on the MCOL system, but it was not accepting the password.  I spoke to the court help line about this and they said to fill out the form, take a photo and send a copy to them and that would be classed as enough to qualify, but before I did that, I just wanted to check I was doing the right thing, or if there was anything I should add/delete as it doesn't follow the standard way of doing things.

You've mistaken a lower case letter 'l' (Ell) for number 1 or upper case 'I' (eye!).

There seems to be a lot of these (mistaking letters for letters for numbers and vice versa). When I received my Gateway account and password years ago, they spelled out the password in Nato Phonetic as well. Presumably they don't do this any more!

It's the MCOL password that people are reading wrong. Not the Gateway ID.

    Thank You!

You'd have thought they would use a font that you could tell those apart more easily, but never mind...

All submitted.  Now onto the defence

    Thanks again

I'm just putting my defence together and from the template it says that if the letter is from dcbl then to include paragraph 3 from a @shahib_02 thread  I think I've got the right one, but want to check that this is the right  paragraph

"3.     Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on 20/03/2023" (the date of the alleged visit).  Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations."

I also wanted to check that this was still part of the template defence or if I should customise it?

And is this the right date from your POC?

    "issued on 20/03/2023"
