I feel cheated. I didn't know I could have had a few free beers out of them and now it's too late. I'm going to complain to my MP. It's so unfair.1

Shedman said:Shame as, despite only originally signing up to get the £30, I've actually found it useful and very straightforward to send Euros to a couple of my children that live in Europe (especially since Fineco closed their UK operation)0

elsien said:Me too. Now I need to work out how to get my money back out again into my bank account.
My balance was already in GPB. I went to pay, add payee, myself, selected GBP as currency, my name was already there, entered my bank details, add account, send money, entered my balance, continue, paying yourself, checked the box, continue, slide to send, entered the code they sent to my phone, got it.1 -
I'm waiting for the £30 to drop. Does anyone know what its status will be?

I had the £30 awhile ago now. It shows on the app as the MSE bonusAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Sorry to kind of re-open this - I thought I had spent all the money I had in my Zing account, however I've received an email saying there is still money in there.
This is definitely from Zing as it has asked me to provide confirmation of where I want the money transferred to support@zing.me
Has anyone else received any email??0 -
No email here (but as you did) I'm sure I emptied the account some time ago.
That email address to send your details to is legit, just be sure to enter it manually or check it carefully if replying.
They want full details of your bank account to receive the funds, plus your full address plus your DoB. Some people would rather not put that amount of detail in an email.
There is a suggestion on their website (zing.me) that they might ring you if you email them with a number (they have no other contact details), might I suggest that you include a word or phrase to be used so that you might be more secure in the bona fides of the call?
Going to be annoying when it's 27p isn't it.1 -
This article claims HSBC spent $150M on Zing.

If I leave it in there, it will be donated to charity after 6 years.
I obviously only spent something like 24.99, hence the 1p balance!0
