Thank you all, Iโm so happy.ยSpoke to the company this afternoon and they have confirmed all paid and a letter has been sent in the post. Direct Debit cancelled! Over ยฃ400 a month better off, though will start a savings pot for a car (hoping it will be 5/6 years before we need to look) and also invest some of it from the new yearยMortgage (MFD 04/2053)ย (Jan 25) ยฃ238,983.71. Overpayment set to ยฃ200 per month. Current: ยฃ234,483.39

OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at ยฃ2234.63/ยฃ3000 or 74.49% of my annual spend so far (not going to be much of a Christmas at this rate as no spare after 9 months!
