I checked mine last night and it has jumped again. I may not have fixed at the exact perfect moment but I am thankful that I did when I did

End of March update. No real change from the weekend update really. The war continuing to have an effect on the whole of the stock market across all sectors. My investment pie has picked up slightly since the start of the week and is now down -£47.28 (4.34%) and considering some individual stocks are down up to 40%, being only -4.34% down overall is not bad and shows why holding ETFs with a wide range of individual stocks is less volatile and risky than holding a few single stocks on there own. Also, with pound cost averaging i should see positive results when the markets recover at some point in the future.

Just a quick note to say my employer is going ahead with the cut in weekly hours to our contracts. I had no reply or consultation to my email of questions and concerns regarding the changes. I kind of knew from the outset that they would go ahead with it anyway tbh. I am unsure whether to take it further via ACAS and end up going down the tribunal route as it is a long stressful process and may end up costly to me if i end up having to get a solicitor, i know i could do it without one but i would have to invest the time into researching and doing things properly.
I am unsure what action to take at the moment, i will have to think about whether it is worth taking tribunal action or just try and find alternative employment instead. Stressing me out quite a bit at the moment as i don't know what to do for the best as i don't really know how strong my individual case is in regards to success at a tribunal. I will have a think over the bank holiday weekend 🫶🏼❤️

What a shame. I hope it doesn't muck up your BH weekend too much stressing about it.

I know the reduction in hours will be a big hit for you but you should give yourself a massive pat on the back for how your resilience has increased. If the debt hadn’t been cleared and the mortgage fix wasn’t in place, things would be a lot grimmer.
