The effects of the war continues to have negative effects across the whole of the stock market, i can confidentially say it's not just my own investment pie that has seen losses 😆The pie is now down -£57.72 (-5.45%). But like i have always said, because i have continued my daily investments the average cost of my purchases have now reduced and so when the market does pick up again i will benefit quicker than if i didn't keep up my daily investments. It is just a matter of discipline and patience.

Yet again my mortgage renewal offers have been increased for the forth time.

They are now 5.16% for a 2 year no fee fix and 5.12% for a 5 year no fee fix. Which is 1.10 percentage points more than the 4.02% interest i have already secured. With a saving of roughly £77 per month (£924 a year and £4620 over the 5 year fix period) which a significant saving 😁👍🏼
