Additional win - took a box of gifted chocolates to my Pilates tutors - #regifted #repurposed

Win - Came home and did some work related reading

    Hello dear friends

The last few days have been about putting one foot in front of the other

Wins - I have seen all clients this week - no cancellations

Wins - I have had no impulsive spending moments 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ except see below

Wins - we have been eating out the freezer/ store cupboard and eating left overs

Wins - I have met a friend for lunch - even thought I was struggling mentally and physically

Wins - identified a dozen plus items for the charity shop

Wins - made an inventory of the store cupboard items to start using up

Wins - started to eat well again and decrease on the scales

    Wins - washing !

Wins - sorted sone of my photo project

    Spending

    Planned food shopping

Planned new bottom bed sheet - conscious though this means less for debt reduction

Impulsive buy - Pilates top and leggings - dark clothing - not physically required as I have a good set - yet they are bright pink - and have need struggling to wear when I simply want to blend in rather than standout

    Update part 2

    Saturday

Another Embroidery class - DH have made me a lovely lunch to take with me so all I bought was a green tea. I didn’t even buy cake as I would normally do for DH as DH was having a meeting at home and we had a posh packet of biscuits which he opened and I was pleased that I avoided eating them when I got home. So lots of little wins all round.

DH was wearing his  Domestic halo shining halo as he had put on a slow cook beef stew before his meeting.

We settle down for an early supper in front of season three of Shetland we are very behind  - we binge watched four episodes while I sat in crocheted. Bliss

Spending - Green tea - this was a debt busting win - I used to buy lunch and cake and also spent money on embroidery extras at the class.

Late p.s. - I have a naughty habit of carrying my mobile in my back pocket …. At the gallery went to the loo…. You can guess the rest 😳😳😳. Well 🤬 I thought … the last time I did this water got into the sound system and I had to buy a new one. I was thinking I dare not tell DH as we’ve only just finished paying off the current one 😳. Fortunately the upgrade seems to be more waterproof and it is okay at the moment….. I have yet to confess to DH

    Morning dear readers

    Sunday

We were due to get up early so that we could go to the monthly breakfast at Church. DH a nonchurch goer comes with me to this as he knows many of the congregation and then I disappear into the service.

However, despite being awake, my legs just did not want to get out of bed and the cold didn’t help. Although the parish centre would be warm, the church would not be.!

So I end up staying in bed. I still went to a service online.

Then I had to get up and about, as we were going for lunch with AP. It was hard going I must admit.

Fortunately, AP was on form and we had a nice afternoon .

    Unplanned Spending

Donation to the online Church appeal - I do a standing order to my local church at the beginning of every month. Today’s focus online was homelessness so therefore I felt that I needed to give a small amount recognising I’m very privileged to live where I live and have the income that I do that does ensure we live in a very beautiful place.

We did save the same amount from the Church breakfast which is also a charitable donation. However, that would’ve come out our joint pot and my online donation comes out of my pocket money account.

Milk and flowers - AP asked me to get them a pint of milk and as they hadn’t been able to get out, buy myself some flowers, now they always gives me roses when he sees me. However, I spotted daffodils which are my favourite at this time of year so I bought myself three bunches including one with a yellow sticker on it.! I was glad of that in the end as when we came to say goodbye they said how much do they owe me and I felt it was very churlish to tell them as they had just bought me a very nice lunch in the local Mediterranean restaurant. Therefore daffodils were cheaper than roses …..

    Monday

What a difference a week makes - felt so much better this morning, was able to go to ‘work’ in my office.

I have signed up to two providers one a training programme and one marketing coaching group - both of which having signed up I have not done anything - overwhelmed and exhausted before Christmas - ADHD freeze after - well I ate the frog.

Firstly I signed into the training programme found it did not have a deadline date to complete … so worked through the first module 😀

Secondly - I have started working through the marketing emails and listening to the u tube videos etc, so got some new actions to do. 😁

For a few breaks I continued scanning shredding the clients records… and sorting photos out

Also did an end of month weekly finance review - xa paid off to the credit card

I also finished an embroidery project

I did supper - which was a bit of a make do - lamb broth - well I had lamb bones and left over lamb and as it happens mashed potatoe from a leg of lamb there should have been a lamb chop - but we had eaten it - so not much lamb - added a tin of black eyes beans - it was lush even if I say so myself !

So many wins and a Spending - NSD !
