    As at 15.07.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    @daisy_1571 having the craft room just right makes a big difference! I'm still at the crawling around on the floor stage of cutting fabric, but I'll add a standing desk for future iterations of the craft room! I have been eyeing one up for working from home, but hadn't thought about using one for cutting out.

    18 cards to report- a mix of men's birthday and Christmas ones. I have so many new cards I might sell all the old ones off a half price just to make a dent in all the "craft stall" boxes 😂 nothing booked in for a while yet, but nice to have a refresh. Now up to 92/200

    Emsi when I was making curtains more often I bought half a dozen cheap pasting tables just so I wasn't crawling on the floor as much. Made a huge difference to get a large (fairly) flat surface.  I could put them in different patterns depending how wide or long I was working on and they fold up fairly small
