It's great to see so many people joined again already. It makes me feel so much happier that I am not the only one whose hobby seems to have been collecting craft supplies rather than using them for the last few years
Fantastic to see some progress being made already too - that blanket is gorgeous Liverpool_Anne x
I am off and running with 8 makes so far - all things for orders from my Etsy shop but all made from existing craft supplies. I also trsted myself last night and watched a bit of a Hobbymaker Crazy Clearance show and was very good and did not buy anythingMaybe I'm reformed
I'm really excited for you all to on this journey with me and cannot wait to see all your makes xMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.026 -

Definitely up for this again this year - failed completely to hit any targets set last year, but I already have a list of things for the new house, as well as the ever-growing UFO list.

Lovely blanket Liverpool_Anne.
I've finished off 3 cards, ones that needed to be stuck on, sentiments added etc and made one from scratch (using a die I've had for a while but never used). And made another one with some die cuts I already had.
Also now need to make two leaving cards for colleagues. One will be a good bye, good luck type card (I've got a gnome stamp on a rainbow I think will work) and the other a sorry you're leaving card. I've been on Pinterest for ideas.

Hi I’m new to this thread.
I have tried lots of crafts (knitting, crochet, cross stitch, macrame and card making to name but a few). So have various bits & bobs that need using.
i have donated quite a bit of my paper craft stash to a local re-use charity, but can’t bear to part with any of my yarns.
I would like to reduce my craft stash this year and I aim to complete at least 1 item per week.
i am on track at the moment - completed 2 items (using only my stash).8 -

I am new to this forum but like so many others have more stash than I think I will ever use. I have been the victim/target of neighbours realising I craft and donating their unwanted UFOs/fabric et cetera. I have also inherited crafting supplies from my daughter, who is unable to do most crafts now due to an eye injury, and my late Mum. I am tending to concentrate on mixed media and soft crafting now rather than cardmaking so therein lies the real problem. I intend to carry on donating stash to our local Headway and other charities. I really need to start making all the quilts from the packs/fat quarters I have collected. Currently, I will aim to try and make one every 3 months, time permitting. I will try not to be too hard on myself if I fail initially, but say at least I have made a start. I will try and keep my spending down to essentials supplies such as threads and interfacing. Setting a limit of perhaps £100.00.7

One knitted hot water bottle cover completed, another begun, (shoe boxes).
I have a fluffy hat knitted but not allowed to count that as it isn't sewn up yet and I need to do that in daylight but keep forgetting
Black & fluffy does not go well with artificial light!!!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
