UKPC *final reminder* please help!

I’ve received a final reminder from UKPC for “not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space”.

The amount due is £100 , I have ignored the previous letters as I have been too busy to get this sorted.

I parked at a retail car park when buying things from Wickes.

Can I please be given advice what to do next as there is so much different information to take in yet such little time when dealing with such an issue .

I have read some of the newbie advice but can’t find out exact step to take or a template when dealing with plan A. I haven’t spoken to the retailer or appealed anything as of yet.

Can I please have advice on what step I should take much appreciated.

Plan A first, complain to the retail park management company   ( and Wickes   ) with proof of patronage,  insisting that the pcn is cancelled

Ignore the final reminders , ignore any interim debt collectors letters wanting £170

    Do not pay

Come back to this thread once its been cancelled,  or come back here if you receive a Letter of Claim or a court claim I'm the future

This will be resolved and you won't be paying a penny,  as long as you follow our advice in full

Thanks Gr1pr I will carry out Plan A today.

How do i find out who the retail park management company is? From wickes?

My plan today is to make a verbal complaint, but when do I use written complaints by email?
