I spoke with the manager at wickes and he said they are not responsible for the car park and cannot waive anything, I asked for details of the management of the retail car park aswell and was told that they don’t know. Went to tools tiles and asked them the same questions manager said cbre are the managing agents but that’s all the information he has.
so what is my next step? Email wickes customer relations/ head office
email cbre?
find out more information on the landlord of the retail park?

Looks like you contact CBRE by email and see what transpires, especially if that pension company are the landowner
( the businesses are almost always tenants so have little say in the management of the retail parks )1 -
Okay so I think I’ve found who owns/manages the car park and all signs point towards cbre. Can anyone give me information as to what to write to them maybe a template?0

Just found cbre has offices across the country, which office should I email London or Birmingham? And do I send to straight to the head of office I find someone in particular like the property manager for example?0

There is no template for complaints.
Have a look at what others have written in
