Okay so I think I’ve found who owns/manages the car park and all signs point towards cbre.

Can anyone give me information as to what to write to them maybe a template?
Why not just ring the number given?

It says on the sign what number to ring.

@Coupon-mad, why did you feel the need to write that?

Surely my earlier reply today at 6:24PM was sufficient?

Skim-read the posts while cooking!  Sorry...  :D

I genuinely missed yours and wondered why the discussion was all about writing a letter.

Just added a thanks on your post.

Plan A has been completed i think.

Contacted CBRE today and was given the email of the facilities manager of CBRE. I have sent my complaint about the parking charge and have asked them them remove the penalty with immediate effect.

I s this enough for Plan A? or do i also send the same email to the retail branches (wickes, topps tiles)?

You could send those complaints too. Only one has to work!

Also ask your MP to step in and write on your behalf to all parties and to support the planned / imminent statutory Code of Practice that is long overdue from the MHCLG.

Okay so I’ve just received an email from CBRE and it’s not looking good..

    here’s what they wrote

    Dear Mr ****

I have been passed your email below with attachments.

I am the Management Surveyor for the site known as Uxbridge Road/Springfield Road Retail Park – the site is owned by West Midlands Pension Fund.

I have reviewed the documents that you have provided and am of the view the notice has been correctly issued given that your vehicle appears to have been parked inappropriately.

The site is an extremely busy one and the car park management is required to ensure that all spaces are used correctly.

I consider that the Parking Charge Notice has been correctly issued and thus I strongly recommend that it is settled to prevent recovery action by UKPC.

I have added my customer services contact to this trail so that they can add any further comment that may be necessary.

I am sorry that I cannot provide you with the response that you are seeking.

    Regards

AND THATS IT. So what do I now ? Seems like they aren’t having any of it . Also who are they going to pass my letter and attached copies to?

So wait for a Letter of Claim followed by a court claim

    Ignore the debt collectors letters

If its with debt collectors,  its too late to appeal

Read the other cases on here,  same as we do, so like this UKPC DCB Legal saga
