Hi all,
A STS for me this week. TBH I’m having to remember to take senna each night otherwise I don’t ‘go’ sorry TMI. I’ve sent off a hair sample to see where I might be lacking nutrients or intolerant. Hope to hear back this week.Lunch on Saturday was a JP with tuna and salad. Saturday night was pub grub. Chose the Mediterranean tart with salad and fries. Tart was basically tomato so only ate half. No pudding for me.Had SW pulled pork yesterday after scones at the outlaws for MD. TBH I feel lucky to get a STS.
Hope you don’t have to wait too long for the scan results @bubbs x
Shame your consultant has changed venues @maman - it’s sometimes hard to find a consultant you click with. You were asking about my hike - we start in Tiverton on Friday and finish in Lands End on Easter Sunday. I’m currently a bag of pre-hike nerves.Don’t get me started on families @Jellybaby. Loving the positive mindset - go girl!Work is busy but not pressurised iyswim. Didn’t stop today and had to go food shopping after dinner. Off tomorrow and we will go to the community allotment then I need to do more fraud admin with Mum 🙄 Working again Wednesday then off until after Easter. We have airbnbs this time as DH is our support/chief cook and bottle washer. At least I know the food will be better!!Cross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings0 -

I didn't realise this was the last leg of your hike @Coxy11, seems only the other day your were battling through cold and rain in the north. I hope all goes well and the weather holds for you.
Chester is lovely @maddiemay. DH has a brother who lives just over the border in North Wales. Hope you get a loss at WI. That would be really good going after a holiday.

Enjoy the last leg of your trek @Coxy11 . I will follow along on fb 😀 x
Good luck with weigh in @maddiemay
My mood is still rather low but I know it’ll pass. Food wise I’ve been superb and totally on plan! I maybe need to be pee’d off more often 🤣🤣

Well done for staying on plan @Jellybaby even if it might have been for the wrong reasons. What we eat is something we can control (well, most of the time😉).
We've got football tonight, so that means half a Crunchie😋. It'll probably be the best thing about the match!
A few (very few) extra syns have crept into my menus. I've had a couple of squares of DH's chocolate and some mustard with last night's dinner but nothing to be concerned about.
It's another glorious day here. I've been doing some gardening. That's probably a misnomer as most of our garden is laid to lawn and I've just been weeding a few pots but it was lovely to be out in the sunshine.😎
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, fry up (P,S), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- LO ham hash, pickles (P,S,F)
D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- half Crunchie 30
