I didn’t have to wear a gown when I had one a few years back. Just tell him not to wear a wired bra and he'll be OK @bubbs! 🤣

    Morning all,

Sorry didn't manage to get on yesterday. Glad to hear OH has been given a quick appointment @bubbs - keeping everything crossed for you both xxx

Today is a day of eating out as we are taking Mum for lunch at a GC for Mother's Day, then out tonight with DSis and BIL for the men's birthdays (have stopped doing gifts this year). I have had my usual fruit n fibre, blueberries, yog breakfast and will choose wisely at both venues. Tomorrow morning I'm doing a car boot fair with DSis then it's round the ILs for cakes(!). We are doing pulled pork in the SC for the evening.

New job is going well - very busy but not in a pressured way if that makes any sense. Just a methodical, process-y job and I feel like I'm making a bit of a difference to service users, which is no bad thing. Really glad that I asked for only 3 days a week though as definitely need the non-work days to regroup. Next week DSis and I are back on our hike from Thursday for 2.5 weeks. Food will be slightly better hopefully as DH is our wingman and will be shopping/cooking and ferrying us back and forth at the start/end of the day. We are also going upmarket with airbnb accommodation (all self-funded of course) which will be a step up from roughing it on a campsite!

    Have a good day all.

    Hi all,

Enjoy your break @joedenise.   Like you I have an eating out weekend @Coxy11 wedding reception later today and tomorrow taking DM for an afternoon tea (her request).

An expected pound gain this morning and trying to be on plan where I can until Monday then it’ll be all guns blazing 🤣. Bought some of the Sheldon’s brown rolls in Home Bargains this morning after everyone in group raving about them. They do look quite big for a HEXB just hope they taste nice!

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Sorry to hear about the 1lb gain club! All we can do is draw that line and plod on.🤗

I'm sure if I had to go to WI, I'd be joining you. Had a strange day yesterday, skipped breakfast and then couldn't seem to stop eating the wrong things. As I hadn't used my HEB, I made a ham and salad roll for lunch but ate a large packet of crisps with it. Dinner was fine (spaghetti and meatballs) but then after dinner I had chocolate and then cheese and crackers. All I'll say was that I enjoyed all the extra syns.😁

Back on plan today and OK until Thursday when we're out for lunch.

Today I've had a fry up for breakfast, lunch was a sort of hash made with bits from the fridge with ham and pickles. We're having pork roast tonight. So today's syns will only be for gravy and my usual weekend wine. I'll do my absolute best to stay away from the crackling!

Glorious day here. I've been out with DD1 for coffee and it was a pleasure to sit in the sun. @joedenise and @Suffolksue have certainly picked the right time to be away. Hope the weather continues for your jogle @Coxy11. Which stretch are you doing this time?🤔
