Thanks for the heads up on possible limits to veg wars @bubbs. I'll see what happens in Aldi tomorrow. Fortunately, I don't live far from the shops. They might be seeing a lot of me in the next few days buying potatoes! 🤣

    Morning all,

Very wet and blowy here too. I’m out shortly for hair and nail appointments and DS2 is braving the shopping trip with parents. Timed that well 🤣🤣. He’s heading to Morrisons with a list but thanks for the heads up Bubbs, I’ll text asking him to pick up more veg.

Intend to be on plan and make WI early class tomorrow. So fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, lentil soup and possibly a toastie using HEB when I get home and it’s salmon, new potatoes and roasted veg for dinner.

    Stay dry everyone!

    Afternoon all 😁😁

Lovely here Jelly sun is out and blinding when driving, bloody dangerous but what can you do apart from sun glasses and visor?

Been and done the refuge shopping, wanted 3 chicken crowns for £10 for Morrisons, but needed 12 they only had 7, i asked if there was anymore? he said no, they are flying off the shelf as soon as i put them out!

Did a bit of a trip, morrisons, think there veg is 6 of each but no potatoes, so got 6 of everything from there, Aldi is 4 of each, so we both got 4 potatoes each and i got some cabbage and swede for us. Lidl, luckily they are not far from each other 🤣 we had 3 of each from there and just realised i didn't get any more shallots! Durrrr!!
So then we bought more whole chickens, pigs in blankets, stuffing, gravy, cranberry, mince pies, picky beige stuff for tea, cocktail sausages, sausge rools, pizza, chicken nuggets, mini spring rolls , crisps etc, I had £170 and didn't think i had enough money, Came in at £105 and my car was full!! So with what is left, she will get bread and some cake type things for them.

Had lunch, half hexb and a, ham, beetroot, tomato and watermelon.

Now need to make taster stuff

Thanks @bubbs, if that's confirmed then it looks like I've left at the right time.

We've had a glorious day here too and I got a line of washing out and dried. 👍 Hope the weather improves for the wedding @Jellybaby and that your hair didn't get ruined by the rain.

    Today's plan-
B fry up (P, F), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L-LO ham hash and veg (P, S, F)
    D- sausage casserole with pasta (P, S, F)
    Syns - BGTY 2, weekend wine 😁

Yes @bubbs. When my consultant stopped her morning class, I couldn't think of another consultant that suited me with a class that fitted around other things I do. Her evening classes clash with my dancing so I decided to try going it alone.

My plan is to to do a @joedenise, 'good when I can' over Christmas and then in the new year I'll weigh at the GP surgery and keep a food diary until I'm in target and take it from there.

    Hello all,

I have a migraine so will keep this short. Food okay. This weekend is busy with panto tomorrow matinee and then curry out with friends in the evening. We are staying in a TL so I can have a drink so hoping my head clears!

Well done on all that shopping @bubbs. We will get our veg on Monday. All meat already bought and frozen.

Definitely sounds like you left at the right time then @maman xx
    Enjoy the wedding @Jellybaby x.

Coxy, hope you soon feel better and enjoy the weekend!

Chocolate orange cheesecakes, bit of a disaster but they will do, 3 for half hexb, about 1/4 hexa and just under half a syn per 3
