You've taken a liking to chicken casserole @bubbs.😋

I use a recipe with butter beans in which is delicious and just one syn each for cornflour.

Hope you get what you want done at the unit.

We're out for dinner tonight at a new restaurant I've never been to before so we'll see what they have which might be SW friendly. At the moment, this will be the last of our planned meals out. At home, I'm trying to stick to our normal SW friendly meals for as long as possible and avoid hitting the chocolates or other goodies too soon.🤞🏼

I've got some LO beef curry to have with my lunch. I added more Speed to the recipe this time and have a meal portion in the freezer plus the small amount left for me today.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, raspberries, blueberries (S), banana (F), HEA milk
    L- JP (F) with curry (P,S,F) and salad (S)
    D- tbc

    Afternoon all,

I think all my eating out is catching up with me! Clean jeans on this morning and they are decidedly snug. Not a great feeling when I have the family wedding this weekend!  Think scales will definitely scream that at me @bubbs 🤣

I’m going to have some crisps as my treat over Christmas- but not buying them until Christmas Eve otherwise they will be scoffed.

The boys are having pizza as an easy dinner as we’re out picking up bits and pieces for the wedding and I’m going to have a veggie omelette with some salad. Nice and easy and uses up stuff in the fridge.

Hopefully it's just a bit of bloating @Jellybaby and it'll settle before the weekend. 🤞🏼

I bought some crisps for me (just plain ready salted) this week but have hidden them away. I'll enjoy them with my turkey sandwiches.😋 We've got masses of Pringles too but they're for everyone else as I'm not keen.

So you're holding off on the Christmas treats until Saturday after WI @bubbs.  Good luck. 😊  I'm still trying to stick vaguely to plan but I suspect extra wine syns will be creeping in soon and I did accept a Quality Street (just one😉) from a friend on my walking group this morning.

It's a horrible day here, pouring with rain and very blowy. We did have a short walk this morning, well wrapped up, and enjoyed coffee afterwards. We're supposed to be having outdoor carol singing in our road tonight but I'm not hopeful.

My meal last night was just about OK but don't think we'll return to that restaurant again. I had just the one course although DH had a pudding. Mine was seabass with Mediterranean veg and chick peas but I did have a side of chips with it. It was listed on the menu as butter beans. I had a smile to myself as I've often substituted chick peas when I've gone to the cupboard and found I'm out of butter beans. The chef must have done the same.😁

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, ham, egg (P), mushrooms, tomatoes (S), HEA1 milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), salad (S)
D- Austrian ham hash (P,F,S and HEA2 cheese topping), cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns- tbc (may have a drink later🤔)

    Evening all 😁

Hope the weather is better than today for the wedding Jelly!! It's been atrocious here 🙄

Maman yes, because i know if i start i won't stop 🤣and want to know where i stand .

Went food shopping, I said to DH i want a refund 🤣 paid 8p for some veg in lidl it's now 5p!! but you are only allowed 3 of each, I had 3 , DH had 3, i wanted loads of shallots  , woman in front they were polish or something and didn't speak very good English had a trolley full of shallots and potatoes, i said to DH she can't have all them. The poor assistant trying to get her to understand, well as there were 4 of them they were allowed 3 each providing they had a lidl card which they did.

No good for me doing refuge shopping there, although i did get swede, brussels and parsnips.  I had to go Sainsburys to pick something up from Argos and got cabbages in there 15p, but will be going Morrisons tomorrow , hopefully no limit.

    Food today
    Picky plate , free
    Tea, "fry" up, free
