-0.5Ib this week.
Next week will be interesting though as Ive just started taking creatine to help my exercising (also good for bone density and brain fog and I could def do with help there!). Apparently it makes you retain water so......
we shall see!9 -
First weigh-in was about one-third through the quarter and was a 1 lb gain.
Now we are about half-way through the quarter and am just the same - so a STS to be added to my line, please.
I'm still not keeping a proper record of my diet but have decided to resume that at the beginning of March. It appeared to serve me well for about nine years and so I hope I will pick it up again.7 -

Morning everyone, I'm a day late this week. Sorry @Brambling but pleased to say another -1lb off. Food diary as below and I'm still drinking black tea with no sugar (that's getting to be quite enjoyable now at last ha ha). I'm trying to drink more water too but that's a bit of an effort I must admit.
Well done and good luck everyone

@Brambling I have to just say STS for this week. I was down slightly yesterday so hoped to be able to give a minus 1/2 lb but back up today. That's despite walking 11 miles on Saturday and not eating much on Sunday.4

Helloo
Weighday -1.5lbs please Brambling.Surprising as I ended up eating out twice this week, only had dessert 1 time, wine both times though. Oh and wine on another evening as well. That’s too much wine.Movement was much better but still room for improvement. I didn’t fully stick to the meal plan but I liked having one and I think it helped. I will map out meals again this week. No plans for eating out or take away, I’m thinking I’ll use up some ready meals for my off plan day and make room in the freezer for veg and protein.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
