I decluttered my parcels in town - dashed around so I wasn't out for long.
Very windy and cold here plus wet.
Mr F wasn't dressed when I got home - he was up for 4 hours before he did start getting dressed.
He just keeps nodding off - I gave him a mid morning snack of dried fruits and nuts - he started to eat them and dropped off.
I took his old printer round to SA - they have a pile of rubbish being collected - Mr F had placed the printer in the garage right in front of my freezer. I noticed blood stains on the printer when I lifted it out of my shopping trolley.
A friend at SA photocopied some word searches for Mr F - will he stay awake to do them is the question.
He nodded off while eating his lunch.

Afternoon fellow declutteri, it appears my last post has disappeared!this morning was spent havig a medical app. menopause stuff, i just hope the treatment suggested helps!! She also suggested i go to a bereavement group, which i was quite shocked about and never considered before. My sistter died 3 years ago and i clearly havent 'got over it' !! i have just assumed it will get better in time and suck it up. but she thinks it might help. anyone been to one? i suspect it will be mostly older people grieving their life partners, not grieving a sibling , hmmm, will have a ponder!i decluttered the oven door !!!!!! whilst cooking a roast dinner!!!! it just came off in my hand, thank god the meat was cooked! plus DH seems to have reattached it, so we shouldnt have to but a new one!!Also decluttered a frog, had a penalty notice
paid it up quick so it was cheaper!

A great pile of Sadmin decluttered and various old paperwork sent to recycling bin
A massive pile of ancient sheet music , songs from the shows and that sort of thing, going back to my grandmother. Brought back lots of memories of my Mum singing these at home and in various concerts. No-one to sing them now in our family, not that they would as they are very dated, and I can't play them anyway. My Mum was having voice training when WW2 broke out, and would quite likely turned professional but for the untimely intervention. She had , according to her tutor, a voice very akin to the great Isobel Bailee. She could certainly sing!! Seems such a shame to throw it out but I cannot see anyone wanting it.
Much more to go through, but the emotions can only take so much each day.

Tackled a few frogs:- Simply Piano app up and running again. DD1 (16) very happy. I have also started; I took lessons many years ago, but stopped as I didn't enjoy the old-fashioned method (I was 8...). I've also downloaded the Simply Sing app and DD2 (13) and I enjoyed trying it out. It had payment problems before and had locked itself.- wrote out our spending habits (I hesitate to call it a budget at this stage) by hand. DDs watched me do it these 2 days and had many questions. DD2 promised me she would get such a good job later that I'd never have to worry about spending. Yeah, we're not poor, I just don't know where the money is going and that makes me hesitate to spend any. Tonight I'll fill in the budget excel sheet from MSE. (If I write it down here, you will keep me accountable, right?)- ordered items from our health insurance website, where we apparently have €100 every year to spend. I didn't know before, and have now ordered a bicycle helmet and a Family-sized First Aid kit. The kit will live in my car.- sent emails to DDs' schools asking if they can include the date of any school trips on their invoices. My health insurances reimburses €5/day/school trip since Januari 2023. If they don't include the date I have to fill out a special form per trip, print it, take it to the school, have them sign it, and then send it in. Way more complicated than necessary.- reminded the company that cleaned and fixed our roof that there was 1 bit they would come back for later. I can't see it, so I don't know if they've been yet.- took a screw-hook from my Mum's home to hang our landing light.- emailed Mum that she can take those empty old tea tins to the charity shops, as they only sell for 50 cents each. They are not worth the amounts she thinks they are, and are cluttering up the tea cupboard in the kitchen.- made sure to cancel Disney+. DDs get a 1month subscription for major holidays if their report cards are good.- cancelled Amazon Prime, which was a free trial month through our energy provider. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.5921

mehefinI would offer the sheet music up on FBMP for a small amount, or even free rather than throw it away, Ive seen a lot of people use it for art and crafts ~ so it would at least have a use, even if not the one intended.~ Just an idea!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Thanks @flowerpot, @brie Hadn't considered that for the music - have seen loads on FBMP before but they never seem to move. Might go and rescue it from the recycle bag and try it first - I too hate wasting stuff which can be used. A few more weeks ain't going to make a difference17

I've been busy here but will only count things once they've actually left the house.
Today I took a large checked plastic bag to a charity shop:
about 8 baby blankets
3 pairs of swimming nappy things
3 adult tee shirts
2 long sleeved tops I'd had for about 25 years but not worn for about 5 years
about 20 items of assorted baby wear from DD, which are now far too small for DGS2.
I now have things on top of the filing cabinet, on the dining table and on the sofa bed, ready to be bagged up and allocated to various charity shops.
On the incoming side I bought a 3Litre pyrex mixing bowl and have binned the old plastic one I was using. I remember buying the plastic one in JL about 30 years ago so it has done great service. The new bowl has now been washed and is ready for action21
