214)-216) items x 3 sold on V, packing them up today. I hate packing.
@GrannyKate I hope you are feeling better now and Sir Sox has been looking after you
@weenancyinAmerica it’s a good job you were there and were able to help G. Glad they are improving and you’ve had help from your sisters.
After saying about the orthopaedic slippers we get on the NHS, I had to get an emergency orthopaedic appointment yesterday for a toe infection. Foot has been patched up, have to keep it dry for a week and dressings to be changed every 3 days. It’s all very tedious in the grand scheme of things.
still haven’t done the grass, it’s been too hot but might aim for this eveningDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good morning.
Thank you all so much!
Weenancy, I hope G is on the mend soon, its lucky you were there. Thanks about the B12 info. DH was supposed to have blood tests a few weeks ago as suffering from raynoulds but never did, I'll ring doctors later and get it booked in.
I got nothing done yesterday. DD1 came with DGS and we were outside with DGD. I did start to shave the dog last night so he's decluttered a lot of fluff.
Needed a belt yesterday morning but it now hangs off me. Forgot Tuesday I also cleared up a huge pile of sand from the kids room. One had left food and the dog had tried to get it sending a mini pen garden across the floor.
We have a tutor coming out for 1 of the DC this afternoon and I've done nothing since they came last week. Going for half hour chunks. I've just put all washing from sofa away, load on the line, refilled washer, fed dogs, put dishwasher on, filled sink for non dishwasher stuff, swept conservatory floor... it hasn't made a dent yet.
Right going to post and do another half hour.

Mrs SD - more lovely knitting.
weenancyinAmerica - hope your room mate gets back to full health. I remember having to give flea treatments and tablets to cats - some were more compliant than others.
Gers - I couldn't seem to be able to listen to the programme.
Yesterday was a very busy day at SA - friendship/lunch club - we were sort of volunteers. The people who come to the club are elderly so unable to volunteer to help.
I sorted out donations before the meal was served. I took my meal home as no time to sit and eat - I was running around so much.
We came home and I enjoyed my meal.
I sat and watched a film - Pitfall in the afternoon - too tired to do anything else.
Mr F and I watched the last episode of season 2 of The Chosen.
I was just thinking about making a cup of tea - when I realised it was Wednesday and singing group - I got there in time.
Had a lie in - watch said that I had 9 and a half hours sleep - I still feel tired - normal for a Thursday.
Very warm here - I trimmed Mr F's beard and hair this morning.
We are off to the hospital this afternoon - he has an appointment at the falls clinic.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

@weenancyinAmerica gosh - that sounds very scary re: your room mate and was lucky you were there. Fab decluttering of the kitchen.Well it's 1 May and I really feel I should get on and get everything done rather than putting things off. So far I have bread rolls proving downstairs, done 1 load of washing and got the beds changed. It's a start though! Lots more tidying to do round the house and I may get back to the library rearrangement of the shelves as I still have books living on the floor. Also got garden stuff to get on with and bits of life admin to sort.Earlier this week I finally got round to making myself a new notebook for work as I am running out of a current one I was gifted. This one is A5 size and is made from stiff cardboard from the back of a pad of paper, the brown paper was free from Buy Nothing (I have previously used packing paper, but I don't have any left), I've had the stickers in a drawer for ages and the twine was a free gift from a garden centre. All the pages I tore in half from A4 and have all be printed or coloured on one side and I am giving them a new life in my notebook. Once I've used up the pages, I can take them out to recycle, untie the twine and add new pages in so it's renewable forever. At least it'll deal with the pile of paper the kids seem to bring back from school!I do have to declare two seed packets in (free from the zero waste shop) which I forgot about from the weekend. I do plan to use them up imminently though as they are tiny packs.Tiny progress so far in decluttering, but I may come back later..1 - bathroom supplies used up

Fabulous note book Queen Jess.TC77, if all your efforts to get the little rust marks out of the quality sheets don’t quite shift them why not just use them anyway, I would. They are clean and nice quality. Win, win.The one that got away. The buyers are in the process of buying a business and didn’t realise they needed 2 years books to get a mortgage on a house. The mortgage advisor is on the case but I won’t hold my breath.Vx:16

So I finally ventured into the back garden to try and get some control back. Such a horrendous year last year with DHs health that I haven't touched it for a year and a half. I had to push myself out there. It's a beautiful day but with the high temperatures I could only manage a couple of hours. One large butterfly bush hanging over from next door is now cut back. It a shame really because the butterfly's it attracts are amazing but it was overshadowing my forsythia so needed a trim. The forsythia has been tidied up and some weeding has been done . It is only a small garden but defining the edge between the path and the border is going to be a long job. I have trimmed down one side with garden shears. It looks a lot better but it's evident that it will take some time to get back under control. Still that's something that I have plenty of fortunately. Now I have made the first steps and uncovered some of my lovely plants I think that it will be a lot easier. Anyway I have gathered up roughly 5 bin bags full of branches ,cuttings and weeds. Won't count them untill they have gone to recycling.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £25.96 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,
