Muddy_Walker, This “I had my counselling earlier and I was telling her about the mindfulness course……she was pleased it was helping but wants to wait for it to finish before she really goes into things with me.” bodes well for the future 😊 Great work dealing with frogs & phone calls 👏 How irritating that you spent so much time helping with the job application, although it might be that she lacked the confidence to proceed 🤔
daisy_1571, that project sounds very complicated & time consuming 😥 So well done on persevering & getting it done 👏 Excellent work by both you & Mr daisy in the shed 👏 A huge amount of decluttering which has earned both you & DH a Gold Star ⭐️ ⭐️ each. Hopefully the missing ‘i’ will turn up 🤞I hope you have had plenty of rest since then 😊
Excellent work TC77 👏 Lucky cats - DD1 obviously spoiled them rotten whilst you were away 😉
Great work QueenJess 👏
Excellent decluttering vulpix 👏
ionafan, that is very exciting - as every item in is either a replacement or will only have temporary residence in your home 😊
Caught up a little more 🙂 Sleep tight everyone 😴

'morning allCrikey, I've woken up absolutely exhausted, fatigued and with a high level of chronic pain this morning to the point I'm feeling nauseous & keep falling asleep while trying to drink my coffee and type, so not promising for today
Had a much better night with babyface, although we did have a break from sleep for a couple of hours xx I was intending to have a shower and potter aboiut today but realistically will probably just have the energy to change the bed sheets, put the bedding in the washing machine, and do a little bedroom airing & clean up before I will need to go back to bed again and will probably go out again like a light
Off to make another mug of coffee sort babyface out before I get the bedroom sorted and go back to bedWishing everyone a lovely positive decluttering Saturday xxxx~ NSD 2025 - NSD April 24/20 💰💰💰💰# No.36 Make £2025 in 2025 £263.82 / £2025 (13%) (3) 💯💯# No.27 Save 1p A Day 2025 £324.79 / £667.95 (45%)# No.12 Save £2 a Day 2025 2025: £618.35 / £730 (82%)# No.34 Save £12k in 2025 £8423.18 / £12,000 (57.5%)# No.19 52 Week Env Challenge £1107.73 / £1,378 (75.6%)~ Reduce Essential HH Expenses 2025: £3560.53 / £3000 Be Savvy, Haggle🤣, & Get What You're Entitled To! 💰💯~ Totally FREE Christmas 2025 - 🎁✉️🏷🎀💐🪪🗒🧺~ Decluttering Awards 2025: 🏅🏅☕️⭐️💐🏅⭐️⭐️☕️19 -

@GrannyKate love the bedroom 😁
@Florenceem good luck with the table top sale, big hugs
@Squiffy that craft cs sounds very interesting, where is it? 😂
@TC77 I understand completely why you have a problem, I am similar but I do think you should keep things you love even if they are not used every day, everyone deserves things they love in their lives 😁
Right off for another cuppa and plan the day to get something done 😁
Hugs to everyone who would like one
Take care everyone

@Liverpool_Anne, thank you I am.keeping things I love. And promising myself I will use those I can rather than things I don't like.Ive been enjoying wearing scarves and items that I've had for a long time and if feel good keep and if slightly dodgy will go. Others I love and haven5 had the chance to wear I am keeping as their turn may come
Lovely man just picked up a glass fronted cabinet so we're both pleased.
Sorting through trousers, my view is if a good brand and new will try and sell otherwise to cs. One pair of jeans and a jumper in cs bag.I am keeping gardening and decorating clothes.
Have an eye infection so complicated frog letters with lots of background stuff will have to wait.
Also looked out 9 Easter cards and sympathy card for my lovely neighbour whose dh sadly died last week. The loveliest neighbours and family and far too young. Does put things in perpespective.
@Florenceem please take care of yourself.

A few things out by natural attrition - chipped mug, chipped glass, chipped teaplate (replaced the last). Accidentally left a small fabric ordning and reda wallet on the train in Rugby. It had nothing valuable in it - it's the one I always used for what the shops like to call feminine hygiene - but I'd had it nearly 30 years and it was the perfect size for the job, so a bit sad that's gone. Small tennis balls decluttered back to my cousin's dog Millie (I put them in my coat pockets when I walk her and end up forgetting to take them out) and a couple of tops gone into the charity collection point, along with the tote bag they were in.
I know we have other dog lovers her so thought you might like a picture of Millie. She's still got her winter coat at the moment, so was sensibly flopping down in the shade when it got a bit much yesterday. She's half Maltese and half Papillon (hence the ears) and a very bouncy little dog that is either going a hundred miles an hours or stop.

What a cute dog.
I managed to go through my underwear drawer yesterday and binned a few socks that had started to get holes in the toes.
It looks like a lovely sunny day here today. I saw the doctor yesterday and he said I had aggravated my rotator cuff injury and he gave me some exercises to do. I have booked another back massage for next week as the last one helped a lot.
I don't know why but I haven't enjoyed this series of Sort Your Life Out as much as the others. I did have a dream that I was helping some people to declutter a huge house full of stuff yesterday so it must have been from watching it this week!2025 GOALS

Hello Gorgeous MillieWhat an absolute cutie and those ears! I'd be having a play nibble on those - yum, yum, yum, that's if I could actually get hold of Speedy Gonzales
It's a lovely bright warmish morning so after going back to bed for a few hours I've been taking advantage of some fresh air with babyface on harness & lead in the back garden for 10 minutes - that was enough before I carried her back up to the house followed by her having a long drink, Manuka honey & home made meat treats before off she pottered back into her Bunty bed all stretched out and I threw a nice light fleece over her to make her a hidey-hole tent with nose sticking out and contently snoring and piggy grunting away in slumber land with the odd waggy tail moment. Another 48 hours and babyface should be out of the woods and I'll be able to breathe properly again xxTime for me to get back into the old PJ's and snuggled up with babyface in bed - TBH, it's very strange to have babyface so chilled out with just a few hyper energy moments but she's intelligent enough to know her limitations and what she needs to do to heal, so she stress nibbles on her anti-stress bunny for 5-10 minutes instead of fruit-loops and baby throw, fetch & kill games - clever girl!~ NSD 2025 - NSD April 24/20 💰💰💰💰# No.36 Make £2025 in 2025 £263.82 / £2025 (13%) (3) 💯💯# No.27 Save 1p A Day 2025 £324.79 / £667.95 (45%)# No.12 Save £2 a Day 2025 2025: £618.35 / £730 (82%)# No.34 Save £12k in 2025 £8423.18 / £12,000 (57.5%)# No.19 52 Week Env Challenge £1107.73 / £1,378 (75.6%)~ Reduce Essential HH Expenses 2025: £3560.53 / £3000 Be Savvy, Haggle🤣, & Get What You're Entitled To! 💰💯~ Totally FREE Christmas 2025 - 🎁✉️🏷🎀💐🪪🗒🧺~ Decluttering Awards 2025: 🏅🏅☕️⭐️💐🏅⭐️⭐️☕️16 -
Hi, What a cutie Millie is.
Today we will get the suitcases out of the loft. Mr V wondered if we could just fasten a luggage label to each wardrobe and be done with it.
I have found several bits of clothing in the past couple of days that can go later in the year. Winter and Christmas stuff. It sounds like we have masses of clothes but I imagine compared to some people we haven't at all. We have a 2 door wardrobe each with drawers under and a chest of drawers which I use 2 drawers of. The other drawers are handbags, gift wrap and gifts waiting to be given. Ah, 2 under bed drawers which both have my shoes but realistically they could all fit in one drawer. I have got rid of more than half of my shoes in the past year. If the ones I am taking on holiday hurt ,they will go to the charity shop when we come home. I have also donated more than half of my handbags in the last year too.
Almost finished the knitted dolls. I decided it wasn't a job to do whilst chatting at Knitting gang meeting. I struggle to get the neatness in sewing these days. The eye I have was my rubbish eye! The now blind eye was my good one! I will post a picture for you Mrs SD when the dolls are done. Haha, it will be disappointing after all I have gone on about them.
DS has just sent a photo of him and DGS wearing matching jumpers I made for them. Cute. I will have to do the same for the current jumper I am knitting too.
Florenceem, It would be ideal if there was space at the rehabilitation place where Mr F has been before, hold out for that. x
Happy decluttering Vx:18 -
Hello all, I’ve done lots of lurking lately. I decided I can post today as I just dropped off a massive bag of clothes ( mine and LO) at the charity shop. LO has grown taller, and I lost a bit of weight.I must confess to having bought quite a few clothes for myself the last few weeks, all thrifted or vinted, so at least I’ve got just as many out the house today!
Also did a book haul - LO donated a few she has grown out of and I bought a couple in the hope I might read them in the Easter holiday.I’m still trying to encourage DH to declutter his shoes clothes and the shed, but he’s still not really interested….
off to do some spring cleaning now, wish me luck!15 -
Millie is lovely!
Treatment weekend for me and I’m usually zonked out but I desperately needed a shower and the bed needed changing and the mattress topper washed. I am consequently overtired and grouchy !I’m posting a pic of hubby’s crochet scarf I am making - I put a pic on a group in FB and then had “helpful tips” 🤬 Just admire it!!!!! I know it isn’t straight and I know it’s nowhere near perfect but I’ve been doing this a couple of months. Grrrrr. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate the help - but I didn’t actually ask for any!!!!!
Grump over.⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇
