Hi Bizzybee, welcome.
Chievely, Jackie goes by the name of London 1 now. She hasn't visited here for a few weeks. We have Justin living in our sheds too, he gets about a bit.
Yoshimi, the patio clean looks great. Hope you are enjoying your new place.
Thank you Cranky, She has had a drip with anti sickness meds. She is back home and whilst feeling rough is on the mend. She had been unable to even keep down water for 48 hours so was just completely dehydrated and exhausted.
LiverpoolAnne big hugs, and then some more. Well done on your tenacity with your phone calls.
Fomo (cat) had me awake just about the same time as Mrs SD was off to bed. Feeling rough now. Estate Agent has been. We need to go and sign stuff later when Mr V gets home. Here we go again.
Not much will happen here today, I am rubbish if I am tired.
Take care everyone Vx:17 -
I just had my third session of craniosacral therapy. I felt hot walking back as the weather has totally changed. It feels more like summer, the forecast said it was 14, but it felt more like 17 or 18. I changed into my sandals when I got home and they feel very uncomfortable. I am going to have to look for some new ones as I only have two pairs and they are both the same style.
I did go through my beauty products and makeup after reading about project pan yesterday. I did just buy a new hairbrush from Superdrug today so I binned the old one.
I'm not sure whether to carry on with the craniosacral therapy and I might ask for physiotherapy instead. I'm going to try a different meditation class too as I wanted to try different classes this year. I have an art class this weekend.🙂13 -
I'm about to watch the second half of Sort Your Life Out. I'm enjoying this family as you can understand how the mum got into this position after losing her own mother.2025 GOALS

@ Yoshimi2025 - Well done with the pressure cleaning and sold items on eBay - some super decluttering going onIsn't it a gorgeous day?Sunny with very warm winds and perfect for washing - I've started spring cleaning so washing all the sofa covers, throws etc. All done and all blowing away on the washing lines.I managed to get to Mr. Sainsburys for babyface and food essential March freezer stock up. Had fantastic 50% off deals and super extra bous points in the Shop & Scan App. I came out with 2 huge bags, and I mean huge shopper bags of shopping all for £20.34 with a massive £53.26 saving
I tripple checked the receipt to make sure that everything I had shopped for had registered on the shop & scan app, and everything had
Then Mr. Sains did it's thing through the nectar card app with reductions and super points
I also cluttered up the boot with Mr. Sains free flatpack medium / largeish boxes for decluttering sales in the hope that I've got enough to finish off the remaining decluttering sales, when then they happen. I had to laugh in Sains as a woman stopped and spent ages looking at what I was doing because she though I was taking advantage of some sort of free food giveaway
I smiled & said, "It's only free flatpack boxes. Would you like some?", needless to say she went off sharpish obviously thinking 'crack pot!'
Then another thought I was shoplifting because I was placing items in my shopping bags after scanning as I went along
She followed me to the self-service till and then watched me transfer all my shopping by phone on to the till and pay, collecting my receipt before leaving:-) She was probably an undercover
Shame she missed the guy with the small trolly loaded with meat who just simply walked out of the SM, isn't it? Sometimes, I really do wonder
I've decluttered dead heads off all the hydrangers which all have enormous sets of buds on this morning and cluttered up the garden bin with garden rubbish, as the compost bin is full and working it's natural magic. Babyface has been having the time of her life in the back garden and said hello to Mr. Swan who is usually aggressive but they get along just fine - I have divided the back garden with a thick coated wire fence so that babyface doesn't wonder anywhere near the Swans nest or the Swans don't chase babyface who would think that the swans were playing some sort of hunting game, until it was too late. Mrs. Swan is guarding her treasure so I can't make out how many eggs have been laid so far and she's not happy at me hovering around to take pictures, so I've left it for now - She'll let me know if there are any problems. I've also slightly adjusted my outside CCTV camera angles to cover the whole nest and back garden, and checked that all the sensory lights are fully working as I have to keep an eye on things, especially at nightNo midnight hair on end PJ garden fork dramas so far
Fresh eggs are out for the Magpies in the morning & later afternoon and for the foxes at night along with 2 large bowls full of food, so they're all keeping well away from the Swan nest
I've managed to have a lovely shower and clutter up on some lovely sunshine while cuddling up with babyface who wasn't the least interested in going out for a walk after all our gardening adventures and fruit-loop sillies
I've decluttered 2 Dr phone calles in the last hour which has been exceedingly fruitful for me both physically & mentally. Now it's definately time to clutter up on a large fresh mug of coffee and see if I have enough energy left to take some pics and get scheduling and listing decluttered itemsor I'll pop off to get some bed rest / sleep

Ahhh @Liverpool_Anne. Sorry to hear of your OH’s troubles. Not being able to talk about it is difficult. I hope the situation morphs into the least troublesome option for you both. Hugs winging their way to you and needless to say we’re all here if you want to vent. I was thinking of @London_1 too. Hoping she’s just too busy with her new life. Haven’t posted much myself recently. The decorating that was supposed to happen during half-term ended up taking much longer than we thought and we’re still not properly straight. It’s exhausting. You don’t realise your age until you start something like that. It’s starting to look really good and I have taken two cars full of stuff to the tip. We modified some furniture, moved some upstairs and got rid of two items way past their best. Also haven’t re-cluttered too many fripperies, so looking tidier. Once car boots start I can hopefully declutter a lot of what I’ve discarded. This sunshine of late is marvellous. I’ve line-dried mine and DiL’s washing every day this week. Long may it continue. Off to sort out another box. Take care all17

Feeling somewhat virtuous by proxy after the gardener decluttered the lawn of excess grass. He does a marvelous job and managed to clear out a lot of very large pebbles from an empty bit of the garden, put down weed cloth and plant a rhubarb. The rest of the space is going to be for courgettes and squash (hopefully).
But it was one of those things.....I knew I needed the weed protection cloth and knew that we had some previously but couldn't remember where the remainder had been put or even if we'd used it all up. Looked in what I thought were the obvious places, nothing there so went off to buy some from the garden centre. Got home and found the left overs from before, of course. Now knowing that I have much too much as I'd bought twice the amount needed today I'm going to ask gardening friends if they need any and if not will drop it off at the local charity garden place.
Meanwhile - a bit concerned about a friend who has just been given a S21 eviction notice. I know what to do about those and have that bit under control. But they will be ousted at some point so I'm concerned about whether I can help them. The short answer is no but he's a friend who has always been on tap in emergencies for me so I do feel a certain obligation. The problem is he's a hoarder. And I mean the sort where people go in with masks on and clothing just about short of bio hazard suits. (slight exaggeration perhaps) He's a compulsive online shopper, will buy 6 if one is needed just in case, buys everything that's on a BOGOF to ensure he has lots of presents for family and friends who don't actually want any of the stuff he has bought. Been to his place twice in 20 years and there was stuff stacked up against the walls. Trying to think of a nice way to get some official type involved to help him sort things out. Frankly I think the easiest thing to do would be to get him to pack up his essentials and leave the rest for the landlord to deal with. Not nice for the LL of course and means he wouldn't get back any deposit he might have paid when he moved in 25 years back. I decluttered my washing machine today and acquired a lovely new one. I am now decluttering the washing mountain.I am currently concentrating decluttering efforts and tidying around the bedroom and bathroom so I can make a bigger dent. Plus there are a few frogs lurking around in here which will need me to resolve in order to tidy up. It looks like I'm doing ok, but I have to admit to adopting a big pot of colouring pencils on Buy Nothing.... I just hate waste and I know the kids will use them up eventually (in the next 10 years
). I am now officially banning myself from adopting any more pencils/pens/crayons until the kids use up what they have! I will count them as in tomorrow when I pick them up. Probably another 50 items in
Also another 3 things in today - 2 DD birthday presents and some packaging.Better get on and find more things to declutter around the place...Digital:
1 - online accounts deleted
