This is beginning to make me think that it's not choosing Option 2 or Option 4 that gets the secure message generated (which can, sometimes, lead to rejection of the maturity instructions). It's rather selecting an internal Principality account as the destination for the non-rollover funds.

Just submitted another successful Principality maturity instruction, for roll-over into 6 mth RS iss 4, remainder to be paid to an external account. No secure message generated. This will be my 4th concurrent iss 4 account.

Just received the welcome pack in the post. Also just registered for online banking, have to wait for another letter to activate though.
Does anyone know where i can find the Scottish BS deposit details?
I have my account number and first deposit was by cheque.
edit. sorry, just found it in the t&c booklet

Deposit details are on page 9 of the generic looking terms and conditions booklet

Principality - I selected rollover into new rs with remainder to another principality easy access.  No secure message just a posted letter 3 days later confirming choice.  3 issue 4 s now.

I m guessing manual intervention at some stage for the rejections, I submitted mine online last Sunday.

Option 4. I always use 4.

Principality Maturity

Submitted just now Option 4 and balance to external account as usual - no secure message! (red shirt worn)

Ok, that goes against the theory being mentioned above then if internal worked for you. By way of an update, L came back to me within about 2 minutes and said I wasn’t allowed another one.
