I caved and opened a Monument and next day it showed on my list of accounts. I then sent a £10 test payment and usually I get a confirmation email from Newcastle but this has not arrived. It has not bounced back either.
I had to ring them on Friday afternoon as I had the usual Newcastle website issues so I had to get an unlock and then I could log in to see if Monument was listed. I kept the assistant on the phone while I logged - 3 attempts .
Today though its back to normal the website just wont let me log in - Am I the only one that has issues with the Newcastle website and logging in?
I did wonder if it was because I was autofilling but manually typing in the user ID and password has not solved the issue.
It lets me type in the user ID and password which it seems to accept as it then takes me to the favourite word page and then I got the "there is a problem" page.
Then I try to do a password reset for which it needs the email address and user ID and again I get the same.There's a problem

Have just submitted my principality maturity instructions, option 2 and the balance to an instant access account. A secure message has been generated so not confident that the instructions will be accepted.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

Darlington BS - Regular Saver Issue 2 - Opened - 12 September, trying to minimise interest paid this tax year - Darlington pays interest on 31 December - Just discovered account not closed after 28 days as per T+C so sent £1 to keep it active.

This is beginning to make me think that it's not choosing Option 2 or Option 4 that gets the secure message generated (which can, sometimes, lead to rejection of the maturity instructions). I have just done almost the same, option 2 to a new RS, balance to external account. No secure message generated. I did randomly pick a green item of clothing this morning.0 -

To principality worriers, I completed maturity options online and got a posted letter confirming my choice. Looks like I m not on the naughty step.0

I done option 2 and rest to external account yesterday rather than selecting another Principality account as I’ve done in the past. No secure message this time 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻Hattie627 said:

I selected option 2 (with remainder to external account) recently as I always do, and got confirmation I'm getting yet another 6 Month RS Issue 4. I can confirm no green was worn at any time.1
