Does anybody know sort code and account number for a Furness everyday saver.
Payee name - Account Holder's name
    Sort code: 15 - 10 - 00
    Account number: 23114065
Reference number: Your 9 digit Furness Account Number

    First question on https://www.furnessbs.co.uk/savings/savings-faqs
Much appreciated. I looked in a whole variety of places and even an AI search but an FAQs page never reached my eyes!!!

Furness building society it seems is one of the tiny number I have no Freepost address for. Does anybody happen to know if there is one!

Probably a daft question, but I've had regular saver accounts with Lloyds, Nationwide and Principality for a few months now.

When can I expect to start seeing some interest?
If you want to start seeing some interest straight away, then NatWest/RBS Digital Regular Saver would be the one to open as it pays interest monthly. The rate will soon be 5.25% variable, though it has the advantage that it doesn't have an end date and will pay that rate on £5,000. A Principality 6 Month will pay the interest after 6 months, but the majority are a year after you open them (unless the society has some other annual interest payment point e.g. HEBS on 31st August.)
Zopa RS also pays monthly interest but you'll need to open a current account and set up a Smart Savings Hub; easy enough to do, in order to apply for their RS @ 7.1%.

Swansea BS RS Not a top payer but for those with it:

From 1 February 3.75% (AER 3.82% as it only pays monthly)
Terms change - maximum monthly deposit increase to £2500 with immediate effect.

They say they are 'making changes during 2026 to savings products to give greater choice and improved flexibility' so may be some innovation at last

    (letter)
  • Interest rate changes - yet to declare

Can I just do a sense check please? These are my RS outstanding.

    Penrith (300 and e-saver)
Monmouthshire (RS8, app exclusive and branch exclusive)
    Melton RS6 and Adcock
    YBS £50 rs
    Leeds iss 58
    Mansfield RS4

    Thanks in advance
YBS's £50 RS declared no change as part of their rate cuts on 2/2/26
Leeds RS Issue 58 falls from 4.85% to 4.6% on 4/2/26
Mansfield have announced rate cuts from 1/2/26, I do not yet know what's happening with Issue 4, but their currently available accounts have their rate changes known.

The rest are yet to declare as far as I'm aware.

    Here's the RS 4 reduction Brid 👍
