  • @thechubbyunicorn - thank you for showing us the strength to keep going when things are really tough.

@tinkerbelluk - for my birthday, my sisters and I went to the Dollar Tree (like a pound store). We counted it it as the family outing for the last six months.

@thechubbyunicorn - Well I'm glad this is helping in some small way xxx We're always here (albeit normally slow to respond in my case!) even if we can help you out with some of your list in terms of recommendations on things like Documentary recommendations (or let's be honest, cake recommendations so we can all live vicariously though this one with you 🤣)

@weenancyinAmerica - Got to be honest, I'd class DollarTree as a family outing as well! I love going in there when we're in the US. Couple that with a Five Below and let's be honest what a perfect day out that would be 😂

Hi everyone.  I've been MIA from the start of June I think, unfortunately here we've just gone from disaster to disaster in this family.  We've had a marriage seperation, family members making unexpected moves to keep a roof over heads to a very very sudden cancer diagnosis and sudden death of one of my siblings.  And that was only June and July!!
So, I'm coming to terms with the death of my beloved sibling, and our whole lives being turned upside down, between their sudden diagnosis and untimely death, along with the ending of another siblings marriage and subsequent house moves etc.  That's on top of taking care for a sick mum and starting back to work this week.
So my 2025 challenge has went to pot this past 4 months TBH.

@thechubbyunicorn I am so so sorry to hear of your husbands death, I hope you are doing OK.

Sorry to hear what's been happening @IrishRose12 as people have already said, yes the debt may seem like a nightmare now but you can't put a price on things and you will get through this ❤️ If there's anything anyone can do to support you, we're all right here for you x

@weenancyinAmerica If we're throwing in exciting trips I found Popmart? the last time I was there! Loved that place, it reminded me of Flying Tiger here. But the t-shirts in Five Below will always have my daughters hearts (and wallets) as they use some of them for PJ tops 🤣
