odd highlighting in excel

Ok - so I've done it again....I've hit something on the keyboard to turn something on that I don't want.
Specifically - in excel when using the find & replace. This used to work fine and it still does except that now when I've got a screen full of loaded rows and columns and I've wanting to find a cell with, for instance, a 3 when I hit find next it will jump to the right cell but it highlights the entire column and the entire row. I don't want this highlighting. Never used to do it before and I don't want it now.
Anyone know how to switch this off???

It sounds like it may be something to do with 'Focus Cell':

On the 'View' option at the top, Focus cell is an option there by the navigation, gridlines, heading etc.
Click on the 'focus cell' drop down option & select 'focus cell'.
This toggles it on or off as required.

OH WAIT! there's an auto focus bit that has a tick beside it - that's what toggles it off!!! Got it sorted now!!!!
