I know she is pretty cool, I worry about her she couldn't remember where a particular location was today. It might be the heat getting to her! I hope! Bless herXX Also I have managed to get a few surveys tonight, not big payers but it all helps!

I cashed in prolific early hours of the morning, I am on £40.04/£101 which is 39%, My prolific balance right now is £0.60/ £13.31 pending. CC will be zero. Also I have heard from the council that my Council tax is zero right now, therefore if I am still without a job by next week I can use the extra money to put towards the EF and Car pot. I feel like someone is helping me because it seems strange that I don't have to pay council tax? I called this morning to check everything okay and they said it was...wowser! If I stick to the budget I could have a cash boost of £70 each month! That will help me reach my goals sooner! Rent of £500 has been paid. Feeling positiveXX

Bearing in mind I don't have to pay council tax because of council tax benefit plus a reduction in heating bill as I managed to get a cheaper rate, I now have an extra £80 left over money, so I have transferred £21 which makes the £101 so goal somehow reached on the 1st! Next goal is £500 which is for Car service/ MOT/ TAX/ Spark plugs anything in addition added or anything left over will form an EF. I still have not heard about the job, I sent a message today to see if I can get any feedback, it doesn't hurt to sound eager does it and ask? Prolific £3.85/£15.61 Pending, so that is £5.55 earnt today from this morning, not bad.

My Cash pot is starting at £19.04/£500 which is 3%

    Sometime later...

MD called to say that her cleaner is not working this week and would I like to do the honours, so I don't know what I will earn but it will be between £20-50 it depends what I can do as I am not very active and I will probably keel over! 😂 Anyhow I am up for it, even if it takes all day by stopping and starting I rather get everything done and MD be happy and pay top whack (as in equivalent to 3 hours), then do a little and not help anyone!

Also I have arranged transportation back from the hopsital the other day, and I just so happened to call a family member who is very kind and she said she would take me there...don't worry nothing major day release operation, minor issue. I have to say I wasn't sure about calling but it turned out to be a good thing.

Also I like my roomie quite a bit, he has been very clear all the way that he is interested in his GF (of 1.5 months) and that he considers her to be his other half. I have enjoyed the meals together but I think he feels that having meals together gives me the impression that something could happen between us, so he is less interested now. And I am thankful for his kindness and honesty. He is a good lad. I feel happy being me, and I am happy having a roomie...which brings me back to my main issue not having a job, I don't know how I am to get another one, if they are simply moving on without me always. My niece said there is a job out there for me, it is just waiting to be taken by me, I am going to try and envision this positivity and hope she is right.

    Have a good evening allXX

I told the council that I have someone living here, but they said the benefit covers the entire council tax charge - that is why I thought there was someone outside paying it, or they had made a mistake, but I called and they said no it is covered! I am not sure why?!

Thanks Newstartforme I appreciate you coming by, £40 earned today for Housework (various) also cashed in £9.87, cash pot now standing at £68.91 13% prolific at 0/£14.23 pending.

I have also found out that I didn't get the job today the one I have been waiting for, however I also got some good news I have an interview for a very responsible job, and I need to prepare a presentation for it, I haven't prepared a presentation for some time so this will be quite exciting and a little challenging, I have started brain storming. I am just getting ideas down to start.

I have to admit I felt a bit disappointed not getting the job that I applied for, but maybe it is for the best, if I were to get this job it would be a big win!

    Have a good day allXX

I have had a chillaxed day today, I have helped MD a little and she made me a delightful lunch, I really enjoyed it. (Bacon and eggs, synned) plus strawberries which were sweet and a magnum All on plan. Tonight I have a curry cooking syn free except for the coconut milk, it looks and smells devine taste will be in the eating lateron. I have for the first day in a while not added anything to the cash pot, and I have taken away £2.80 for onions and ginger for tonights dinner. Therefore cash pot stands at £66.11 which is still 13%. Tomorrow I will see if I can get any surveys but I do find the weekend a bit quieter. Wishing you a good weekendXX

Today I have started well with a bowl of cinnamon porridge, I kind of have to have porridge I have forced it on myself as I didn't get cereal on my online order deliberately (to be on SW plan and to be healthier) and I had a really good bowl full (40g oats Heb and 300ml Milk HeA). I discovered a secret to good porridge, on the packet it says to use 200ml of milk but actually 300mL skimmed milk heated on a frying pan...perfection! Also I have a gammon joint in the oven which will do 4 meals and todays lunch for me and roomie! Probably another lunch too.

I cashed out £6.95 from prolific yesterday which I mistakenly deducted from credit card, then I decided to deduct the entire savings pot from the balance too, so I have a diminishing balance, and if MD decides to give me £200 I will have then have a cash pot again...the balance of credit card is £126.94, the goal now is to get this to zero by the end of the month which is a bit a of a challenge!

I need to prepare for interview on Tuesday, questions and answers etc, which I will do shortly after getting dressed! (I know lazy it is 10:20 am!) then I could do with doing a little housework not sure what yet, Or I do this first while roomie is out!

    A list:-

    1) Wash up.

    2) Change bed linen

    3) Put washing on

    4) clean bathroom

    5) prepare lunch

    6) Interview prep

    7) Eat lunch

    8) surveys

Well done on your lists , it's inspiring to cross things off . Porridge sounds fab but I'm curious to know if the bacon and eggs yesterday filled you up more ? Restarting my own diet tomorrow and feel breakfast will be key to success . Have you tried the baked apple skyr yoghurt from M+S that's free on SW yet ?
