Just spoke to GP, he says stay on diabetes meds, he said it could also be blood pressure if I was losing weight, I just checked I haven't lost any weight gained actually... Strange. He also said to take a fasting blood test, so tomorrow morning before brekkie I will measure my blood sugar levels. I am not really sure what is going on?? I will do as the GP says and not stop taking meds, but I feel baffled that I am often dizzy now? Since taking meds. I have changed my diet to more healthy foods, but I still eat plenty of carbs (sugar making) I am not actually on a diet. Perhaps I should try to follow a diet so I can actually lose weight, afterall I am cooking main meals that would actually be classed as SW friendly - Spag Bog (made with wine though!). Chickepea curry, lasagne and JP and beans etc. All home cooked. I guess I need to change my breakfast now - Porridge me thinks!Mission Number One: Get a job!

Hope you get better Bee, sorry to hear about the concerns. Did they offer to do any full blood count tests? I have them every now and then as there is something up with my iron levels. Hope they'll get to the bottom of the problem, drink lots of water and rest xx
Btw lasagne sounds yummy, one of my favourite dishes. I cook mince in tomato juice, and add a splash of red wine too. I hope you find some of these sheets there!Mortgage: £173,700 Sep 22 £159,400 Sep 25

Also once a year I have a full blood test which is needed with health condition and I found I am ever so slightly anaemic (lacking iron like you) so now and again not constantly I take an iron supplement, I take it when I feel tired for a few days to raise my iron levels and it works I feel much better, right now I am very alert so I don't think it is iron this time
I had a spoonful of spag bog before putting all bolognese in 5 meal bags for individual meals in the freezer, and I may have put a bit too much red wine in! The last time I did it I didn't notice the alcohol but this time I did, I think it is down to not having as much sugar, I can actually taste things the way they should be tasted for example also my cereal I can taste the grain, I am really liking it..this is completely new territory, I am excited for it! Also I have started a diary offline for the journey of my weightloss, I started one on MSE but I got the wrong type of input someone was trying to tell me what to do, and quite frankly I really don't need that I am quite experienced with diets I know what is best for me. I am finding writing the diary allows for me to vent that part of my mind, the diet mind and plan and learn and tell myself what I need to do, I am my own weight loss support group. Although admittedly that person who was on my weightloss diary Emmia I think their name was made me take a stronger action with my methods, although not quite the way they envisioned. Thank you Emmia
Also I plan on publishing my journal of my journey through weightloss, I feel this is the time it will happen for me. I am going to try and put everything I know about dieting into it, the ups and the downs etc. I enjoy putting everything about what I know about dieting into it, every bit of knowledge I have sourced etc. Plans and targets. I really enjoy the process and if it can help someone then that would be a win.Mission Number One: Get a job!

I need a to do list, there is not much happening on prolific , I had done some swagbucks surveys this morning and yesterday but you really don't earn much on there and it is off putting and time wasting. So I want to do some jobs involving cooking, cleaning and generally getting a nice feeling come over me when I see what I have done.
I have lots of veg for soup however MD is cooking roast on Sunday so I felt it wise to offer some veg to her so that we have enough stuff to cook with. I have 2KG onions and 2KG carrots, 1KG parsnips and 2X Swedes...I think First I will prepare the carrots and parsnips for Sundays roast, actually I might leave it for tomorrow plus I think I will do potatoes she has not asked for these but it would be a job done and out the way, as I am helping with MDs wardrobe on the same day as the roast and it will be good to have some items completed for the day. Yes I will keep back the potatoes and carrots & Parsnip prep for tomorrow so it is fresher, so it is just the soup today...I will use 2X swedes, and 1KG carrots and 1KG onions for the soup plus beef stock and salt and pepper..I have never cooked with swede so I am hopeful that it will all taste good!
I also want to hoover everywhere maybe mop too, I have already put the washing on, I also want to sort my desk and check everywhere for tidyness. I also need to do some interview prep for next week - I don't know if I mentioned I have two interviews next week! One as accounts payable one as a finance analyst both contenders - tbh I didn't think I would go back to AP - but actually I am looking forward to doing it, even if it is a backwards step - if I should be so lucky to get the job?! I do actually have a good feeling about the place and the pay along with rent will be fine for me, not a lot different to what I used to earn, anyhow it is too soon to think of that! But I am hopeful!
So a To do list in no particular order:-
1) Prepare veg
2) make soup
3) Hoover
4) Mop
5) Interview prep interview 1
6) wash up & put washing up away
7) Interview prep interview 2
8) Clean and tidy bedroom come office.
9) Keep an eye on prolificMission Number One: Get a job!

Today I have earned £11.78 on prolific and I have just completed a survey on swagbucks which will see me get £10 M&S voucher in a few days time and MD said I could use it to buy food for her and she will re-imburse me with her usual grocery spend! So That is £10 to add soon but I won't add to the signature until it is in the cash pot which now stands at £77.29 29% of £260. I have already updated the signature. I am also expecting £20 on Sunday plus the £10 but until it is realised I won't add it to the signature, but it does look like I will get the first £100 soon! I'll have to look back and see when I started this mission because I feel like I am steaming ahead, however I feel the rest may be harder to get...but we will see!
I have made 8 bowls of soup today which cost 4XBeef Stock pots £1.90, 1KG carrots at 15p, 2X Swedes 30p, and bag of onions £1.00 Total £3.35, I think I will have them as lunches as I am a little bit bored of Cheese sandwich, I will also have JPs. SW friendly and cheap!
Tonight I am planning what I have got in with how many days there are left in the month before the next shop, hopefully I haven't left myself short, otherwise I will be eating curry for the last week of the month!! Which tbh is probably happening anyhow!

I have a few things to do today and although I would like to do some surveys on swagbucks to see if I can earn another £5.00 before I get the voucher out I have a few chores to do as well such as:-
1) Prepare veg and potato for tomorrows dinner
2) Make bread
3) Make a cake
&4) Tidy up after myself
Oh&5) Sort washing
Have a good day allXX
Sometime later...I am pooped I have done a couple of swagbucks surveys but they can be really long and you don't get much out of it, but it is better then nothing and the credit is building up nicely! I feel like I need a rest day, however MD and I are going to be sorting the clothing in the wardrobe hopefully tomorrow which is £20 cha ching! Which will be knackering, so potentially I will have monday as a chill out day? I need to be in a good place on Tuesday for the interview.
OOh and I have been thinking that I will Create an EF with the money instead and build £1000 instead, but still deciding.Mission Number One: Get a job!
