I have applied to some more jobs so that is something, I have also paid my unexpected council tax bill by credit card buying me a little bit more time. Although my credit card bill is now £1000+ not great, however I still await for the dispute forms, potentially bringing the sum into £700+ there is a possibility I can last without a lodger 3-4 months, but I will keep the ad up in hopes that I meet someone I think I will get along with.
I do need to do some housework but I don't want to write a massive list as I am not in the mood, I think I will write down two things then come back after they are done and see how I feel/ what I want to do next.
1) Hoover
2) Clean new smoothie maker ready for use tomorrow.1 -
I am having my smoothie, banana, mango, spinach, berries, apple juice and oats. 5 fruit and veg to start the day, yay! I am feeling virtuous! Also I made sure I had 100gs of each to make sure it is a proper portion of fruit or veg, 80g spinach which is a portion of veg! It doesn't look very enticing, but it is edible!
I have to use a spoon to help chug it down!! as it not drinkable, spoonable yes, drinkable no!!

Today I have been having a lazy day, I did make that smoothie and clean up after, I did do some of the cross stitch and the job application count is beyond 30 now. So maybe not as lazy as first thought. Tomorrow I want to do some housework as well as change my book in the library and clean out the car and cross stitch. MD is getting fed up of me calling her, so I am going to purposefully not call her for the week, if she calls fine I will chat to her, But I plan on purposefully calling her at the next weekend and not before.
I have updated my grocery shop for next week to £55.00, £5.00 over budget but with the smoothie making I need more expensive items in the shop, I am hoping this will improve health having smoothies as the nutrient blast should help me. However my last grocery shop was a bit full of crap, so except for the smoothie I have not been eating well really, not over the weekend, bit silly really I sort of regret it, never mind it is done now.
Prolific account looking healthy at £22.55, in part because of a survey yesterday for £7.00 plus bonus of £2.34 which was very enjoyable to do. I will look out for surveys tomorrow on top of everything I have planned, that I want to get done. It would be good to wash the car as well sort the inside, but I think I will leave that for another time, i'll wait until the sun is actually out, however my car does really need a clean, so perhaps I will do this I need to find some warm clothes and okay to get filthy clothes! as my car is filthy.
CC is £1077.06, I am not sure how I am going to get this down except for getting a job, so I think what I found helpful is writing everything about my future job that I want and try and manifest a call for a job that I have applied for, I also need to be in the best frame of mind so positivity all the way. I need to think of the environment that I want and the job and go from there.
4 Days until crossover, although now I am hoping they last a while, It would be so good to start a new job before the end of the month. I have hit 10/19 No Spend days aiming to add another 5 by the end of the week making it 15 and then obv. more after, but just get that extra 5 for the time being. I really hope I have heard from someone before the end of the week on the job front.
Current account is £113.75, I think this is pretty poor, £110 is the Christmas fund, I really hope I don't go much further into debt. I am a bit upset with MD as she is choosing what SFD does with his money it would be so good to pay off the CC and have a clean start, I know it is not good living off of each other but I do plenty for them and she won't even let SFD help out. I know they need the money too, and they can't accumulate like me. But I am having trouble keeping a job and she doesn't seem to realise I find it hard to stay somewhere for long as people drive me mad. I am okay on the phone and I am okay when I am left to get on with it, but when people start second guessing and asking stupid questions I feel a bit lost on and feeling put down, I think what can I do?
So I am not going to feel sorry for myself MD wanted me to stand on my own two feet, so perhaps I have not been helping out as much so I can look after number one. I am not going to find a job that will provide everything I need, so perhaps it is time I stopped expecting to find a job with everything that I need, perhaps a job is just that, a job. However I will try and find something that will pay a decent packet, as well as have advanced areas in the job spec.
I think before I complete my money missions I am going to get a job, and try my best to hang on to it.

I didn't have a smoothie, and I don't feel like one, I had my usual cereal instead. I think I am going to give MD the fruit because I don't much fancy a smoothie and I am not sure I will change my mind about it. At least I tried it! she can't say I didn't. I'll think on it and leave it until the weekend.
Today I want to do a few chores, hmm, what do I want to get done?:-
1) clean bathroom
2) wash up
3) put washing on
4) Change bed linen
Once those things are done I want to sort the car, I.e, take all the clothing and stuff out of the car, that I have left from previous occasions.
5) Sort car.
Then if I can get my act together, and it won't matter if my clothes get dirty, I want to wash the car, cheaper then getting it washed.
6) Wash car.
7) Have a shower and get changed into something smarter.
8) Job search, Job writing (manifest) and Rest.
I have decided to finish reading the book I got out the library so, I will take it back another day.
Sometime later...
I have done more then half the car, But felt pooped so have come back in. I have had a call from a recruiter and I am being put forward for a role in a village 30 mins away. It is not the bestest job, but it pays well and I like the sound of the company. It could be just what I need. the bracket was 28-30 I have asked for 30kpa.
Fingers crossed, I get the interview. I would love to work again!

Could you get a temporary job at the local supermarket while you have the cc debt to pay down
i told a long time contract agency I have worked for over a decade with on Friday I am feeling disrespected on how they using us on call as it’s far more than usual for a low rate - and I decided I am not working for them again - however I don’t have any debt - it’s far less stressful when you not paying off old spends
good luck job hunting as I don’t want a lodger either - though sometimes it’s the easiest short term optionDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Thanks @LadyWithAPlan I have thought about other things I could do to bring in money, but unfortunately because of my weight I would struggle to last a day doing anything active, and most supermarket jobs expect you to be able to shelf stack as well as operate a till. I often need to sit down on days out, so all day on my feet wouldn't work. The sad truth, which I am in a slow way trying to change. I'll just keep plugging away at applying for roles, you never know I might hear sooner then later. Fingers crossed.
MD has asked me to take her out today to get some bedding, therefore I feel that if I needed some money she would oblige. But really trying to get a job and hoping I don't need MD and SFDs money🤞.1 -
I have good news, I have a job interview, I am going to give it my best shot, it is same as I use to do and more money and the potential for bonus and commission on top, so I feel very excited, It is not the management accounts job but never mind. It is good money and will be a good experience I hope. I feel actually it might be the right sort of place for me, mentally! Fingers crossed.
Today has been a spendy day in the end, I won't tell you everything but I spent on things I shouldn't have ...naughty I know, But I don't plan on doing that again now. If I get the job I think I will get a few long dresses MD says I need to wear things to completely cover my bum, I am a bit insulted but if I look better why should I grumble. Also I will be needed in the office for the first three months before they put on a hybrid set up, which I am looking forward to. Anyhow first the interview! I have already prepped so tonight I am thinking positive things and will have a nice shower and relax and enjoy.
